Can anyone really beat a 2/2 NLHE game when the rakes max is $5.00, and $2.00 Bad Beat and about $40.00 going into the tip box? This card room also has a $40.00 min. buy-in and only allows a $200.00 max.

Yes, this game is beatable. No one is forcing you to overtip I assume.
