Without any info on the other player it is nearly impossible to say.
If this is my first hand at the table I call.
He most likely is min-raising with a draw that wants you to check the turn.

Information on the player (age, style of play, showdowns etc.,) would make a difference here. Also, what are the stack sizes? I would say folding TPTK to a min-raise on this kind of board is generally a bad play. In most cases, I would call and reassess the turn.

Doesnt commerce have that horrible shortbuy structure where you can only buy in like 30BBs max? I'm guessing stacks are shallow so I'd get it in. If they were deeper I'd probably call and reevaluate OTT

As stated above, there is a LOT more info needed here. Stack sizes is the most important. If effective stacks are $100, then SPR on the flop is 3.25, and you can't really fold TPTK almost ever, esp after another $30 goes in, so pot is $84 and you'd have less than that back.
If effective stacks are 100BBs, I turbo muck this against most LLNL players, as c/min-raise is usually a monster trying not to lose you, though on this board it could also be pair plus SD.. Very villain and stack size dependent, though.

If you're gonna play 2/3 play it at the bike- better BI structure and free food..
Don't think I'm folding tptk <30bbs deep here but shoving could be slight overplay
