Make it a proper size pre so we aren't in this mess multi way, or if we are multi way, our SPR is lower.

Run out:
I raised SB to $100
SB shoves, I call, he shows A 10 with one heart face up
He hits a heart on the turn and wins the hand.

Is an $8 raise normal sizing at this 1/3 NL table? This ~minraise would see a 10way flop at my 1/3 NL table.
Anyhoo, I hate our 3bet sizing. 4 or 5 people are already interested in this pot and we offerred them really good 22+ implied odds against us, which sucks since if everyone calls the SPR is going to be so small it is highly unlikely we'll be able to get away from our hand. With $35 already in the pot and our stack, I would have gone like $45-$50 preflop; heck, even taking down the $35 preflop ain't a horrible result.
Wow, your 1/3 NL table is from the twilight zone if only two people called this small raise. To give you an example of how my table sometimes plays, yesterday a loose guy opened to $15 UTG, nitty image me (which at least 3 guys at the table are familiar with) 3bet to $45 UTG+1, and we went SIX ways to the flop. Know your table, I guess.
Anyways, we've created an SPR 3.25 with just two opponents but having given them 24:1 to outflop us. I'd probably plan on just PSBing the flop to setup a turn jam on a non-stoopid card. Facing the donk, I'd probably raise a PSB to setup a turn jam.
Preflop basically set us up for commitment (which is why I don't want to give such good implied odds).

I agree with the previous posters: It's a huge leak not to raise bigger here preflop. Huge. After you call the $8, the pot is $43, and five other players have VPIP'd. You raised $15. You simply must go bigger. A pot-sized bet is $51; I would go at least that big.
As played, I think it's a call on the flop. You have position, and there are some turn cards (any heart) that will let you know you're beat. Best-case scenario, he has a flush draw. Worse-case scenario, you're basically drawing dead. He's giving you a great price. Why not take a card here?

Call flop. Definitely fold on another heart.
