5-5 Tight is right? 5-5 Tight is right?

Recently ive been in 2 spots where versus the regular passive villains i play against , fold is an easy decision but here i took a long time with it and i was torn either way.
5-5 Local casino the biggest game in the room(recession strikes back!) and it attracts both wealthy fish and regs.
Hand 1:
Table is super loose, most hands got 4-5 way villain in the hand is a loose old guy that is probably stuck 2k, i literally never seen him open a hand the past 3 hours but ive only seen him with a premium when he called the pfr, donk/called a c/r on the flop and 2 more barrels with QQ(second pair on board).
Effective stacks are 500 vs the villain but i have 3 super loose players on my left and one of them covers me for 1500(he is bad but he is overly aggresive and has a lot of money).

Hero is BB: QQ villain is button
8 limpers so i raise to 35 and the 3 super loose players on my left all call, the rest fold and when it comes back to button he limp/reraises to 75.I 4 bet him to 205 and he takes 5 sec and ships the rest of his money in.

Hand 2:Vill in the hand is a solid reg, he generally considers me as agro with very high barreling freq thus stationing vs me at times but he is somewhat ballanced with bluffs and value. He also knows im opening super wide in this spot.
Hero is BTN with T9s
Villain limps UTG hero raises to 20, bb and villain call.
Flop(65):TdTcAd
Hero bets 35, BB folds and Villain snap c/r to 200.

All inputs are more than welcome thanks in advance.

The 4-bet is needless, you're getting such a good price to call that I'm just flatting and seeing a flop against this V. As described his range seems very tight (always be aware when a passive villian starts raising), so even with a pair as high as QQ you are essentially set mining.

How many tens are in his range PF? Limp/call with AT is probably not something a solid reg is doing, so the only tens I would put in his range are suited connectors like 9T (to which we've got blockers) or JT (more likely).

If your read is correct, I'd assume his range here is more like AK, JJ+. Trips are so hard for me to fold, so while it might not be a mistake to fold here, in game I'm probably calling and jamming most turns then hanging my head in shame when I see him turn over AA.
