I don't have experience playing $5/$10, but I think you played it well up to the river. I love the turn sizing which lets you shove half pot OTR if you hit your draw, and you might get him off a jack on the turn.

I just don't see why we would consider triple barreling on the 2c river though. I guess he could fold a hand like JdTd, but honestly I would expect to get hero called here a lot since we're giving him 3 to 1 if we shove. Besides, he could have an ace or better which are never folding, and a scary draw got there: 45s, which is a gutshot turned into double gutshot on the turn.

Check it back and hope he has 8d9d.

Preflop I wouldn't mind just calling with this hand OTB in what looks like going to be a mway pot with a loose passive fish involved, especially given almost non - existent preflop FE in a live game. If 3 betting, prob go bigger but it's all close.
On the turn, I would take a free card as it's very unlikely they fold a better hand and I would hate life if raised.

As played, him calling twice (and over calling one of these two times) especially when turn hits our range so well and we bet twice mway in a 3 bet pot seems super strong on this board. I would just give up river.

I'm inclined to check, but only because we have SDV against some of his folding range. I definitely think a shove is +EV though, and would pull the trigger with T-high.
