Fold or 4b pre. Nobody is going to think the scared money nit taking a shot has a 4b bluff range. you're UTG, have blockers, there's a cold caller and the villain 3B is laggy. this is the most textbook 4b of all time. if you want to reduce variance then fold but calling is easily the worst option.

checking flop is fine as i would expect villain to cbet this texture frequently.

i'm raising turn to 525 or so. as played call river.

4-bet pre is good too, sorta sucks with our stack size though. 375/fold I guess?

any thoughts on turning hand into bluff on the riv and shipping? wondering how often villain has a 7 in his hand given action pre. at the same time he might wonder same thing about me.

Easy fold pre as this hand plays horribly oop in 3 bet pots and you aren't even hu. If you really want to play a hand in this situation at least wait for a suited gapper or something good. I think 4 betting is pretty bad without more info.
