Your issue here is that you have to deal with your 'unknown' status with V2 if V1 folds out. You should pretty much know what a flat means to V1 having history with him. So who is your 'target' here? I think V2 being the raiser (and the guy who can double you) should be the target and let V1's chips fall where they may.

Calling is the best way to keep our range wider and also keep a wider range for V2 in the hand as well. We are going to lead all Turns regardless of V1 action, right?

Shoving may mean something to V1 with our history, but V2 is only calling a shove with very specific hands against an unknown who he has to treat ABC-ish. Assuming he knows you have 'moved up' lets try to keep him priced in OTT somehow. GL

Call if you believe PFR will call the $450 raise. However, you don't see many hands like this. Might have been the only one for that session, right? You need to get as much money in the pot as you can. Hopefully you can get the other players to put enough money into the pot to get them pot-committed. I'm not saying shove here, but a raise would be the way I would go.
