Playing 5/10 at must move table 7 handed. Most recent addition to table is a super aggro regular. Not much history between the two of us (played at same table for ~2 hrs a few days ago and I usually play 2/5). But have seen have enough to know he's fully capable of firing 3 empty barrels and he knows I will call down light. (last session I called 3 barrels against him with middle pair and was good, pretty much only pot we played of any significance)

Effective stacks ~1500

Hero UTG : 88 Calls 10
Folds
CO raises $75
Folds
Hero calls $65

Flop 8x2x3x

Hero checks
Villain bets $125
Hero?

Is raising here terrible? Against most all other players I'm never raising here. But does raising look weak? Like I'm just rebluffing at a dry board? I know he's capable of firing 3 barrels but my image to him has to be very good from the history we have and wouldn't be surprised if he slowed down. I flatted, and may just be annoyed that he slowed down after he board ran out A Q. But any thought on the c/r "bluff"

He also knows I'm capable of playing back at him. Hero is perceived as anything but nit. So c/r line doesn't mean he snap folds without AA
