3/5 - QQ on monotone flop 3/5 - QQ on monotone flop

Background: Villain is a young tight aggressive player. Table was very good with all old passive guys except for villain and myself. I had got 2 outed for a pretty big pot around 10 hands before this and have been playing majority of hands since then since I picked up good starting hands. Not sure if villain thinks I'm tilting or not. This is the second hand in a row that I've raised a couple limpers.

Villain - (~$900)
Hero - (~$650)

Preflop: middle position limps, Villain limps, Hero raises to $25 in the CO with QQ, Villain backraises to $85, Hero calls.

Flop: ($183) 973 Villain bets $130, Hero??

I'm not sure what the best play is given the stack sizes left.

Unless villain read hero as tilting and expected hero to raise, it would have been stupid for him to overlimp with QQ+ and AQ+ in middle position with expectation to limp/raise on a passive table.

Villain's range must be PP heavy, and I'll probably raise here before a scared card falls.

I would think more likely than not villain didn't think I was tilting.
