first thing, stack sizes should be included in a strategy post. secondly, I doubt it really matters here, anything he calls you with on the flop (unless you have some history of him peeling wide), has you beat soundly. third, you offered very little for anyone to go on here in regards to reads, so you're very likely to get advice saying fold.
Also without any additional info on the player tendencies, time at table, your image etc etc makes it difficult to fully analyze the situation. 3 betting here is fine but I would also like to know if you are 3betting this villian wider than that ever, and if you are flatting QQ here ever as well. Is there any notable hand history at the table prior to... To just straight come in and 3bet for the first time ever at a table and have this action to follow pretty much means you are crushed if your c-bet is floated....c/f turn.
