I see what you quoted above about the 2:1 probably fold 4:1 probably call. Sure that may seem a bit of 'rule of thumb'. But if I can't type that without having to explain how small the bet is in terms of big blinds relative to the buy in and discuss threshold points of calling for ancillary value, then every post is going to take way too long
