I believe I played this about as well as it can be played. Thoughts?

V1: Decent player who has turned his $300 BI into $600+ in 3 hrs.
H: Avg. player, BI $220 & has about $250. How I don't know - been card dead, so I'm sure I'm considered tight as a drum.

V1 opens for $5, I call & we get four more callers. Blinds fold.

Flop: [$30] TT7
It gets checked around.

Turn: [$30] TT7 [2]

UTG checks. Normally at this point, when nobody in EP wants the pot, someone in LP takes a stab, so I check my boat.....it's checked around.

River: [$30] TT72 [9]
[Str8 & flush comes in]

UTG bets $15.00. I figure he either has a small flush or str8. I don't want to bet so big he folds. I also want to bet small enough so that if he thinks his flush is premium he may raise, so I raise to $45.00

Everyone folds back to UTG & it works!! He moves to put in a $55.00 raise. You see, he has the nut flush, can't put me on a pocket pair or boat [He tells me later] & figure he has the nutz.

Problem with his raise: He made it with a black chip & didn't announce raise, so it's just a call Claims that if his raise to $100 counted & I raised $100 on top, he would have called.

Bet the turn. You turned a boat, and he rivered the nut flush. These things happen. He's always paying you off here.
