Effective stacks ~$500

Villain is one of the better players in the room but still a bit on the tight side. He's a solid TAG who is playing for a living. No major history.

Hero has a tag image.

Hero is MP with KhQs

Hero raises to 20, villain calls, btn and sb call.

Flop 85: QcTs8h

Sb checks, hero bets 55 villain calls, rest fold.

Turn 195: 5s

Hero checks, villain bets 125, hero calls

River 445: 4h

Hero checks, villain goes all in for 306, hero?

How aggro is he?

I might prefer a chr ott

As played, what hands is he bluffing with OTR?

As played I can't see how we can call river. If v is a reg and you are a reg there should be much more history and reads that go into this decision than solid TAG on the tighter side.

"Hero has TAG image" that really tells us nothing. What hands are you c/c turn with?

Smells like a set of 8's or q10. Tight player is checking back a worse queen on the river, IMO.

This is not a great flop for us.

I don't see any merit to a turn C/R here. Would we be raising for value or to turn TP2K into a bluff? Neither goal would be accomplished.

I am not going to stack off with one pair against a TAG on this board.

Unless he is a habitual floater (and this seems unlikely given his image and the fact that the flop was multiway) I am check/folding turn. He is super unlikely to be value betting a worse Q on the turn, he would likely pot-control. The only bluff is KJ and we have a blocker. He could even have AQ.

Also if you are calling turn, you need to anticipate facing a river bet with minimal likelihood that your hand improves to something you are confident is best.

As played, fold river.

It feels to me that our check OTT caps our range at TPTK.
And I think that V has as many bluffs in his range as hands that beat us... 12 combos of KJ primarily.
I'd have preferred a bet/fold OTT (especially if you're going to call his bet anyway) and a check OTR.

We block his only real bluff. Fold without more splashy reads.

So I actually had KsKh in this hand, just curious about what people thought of KQ. I understand turn check/river check is bad/very bad vs most players but I have a pretty clean/tight/nit image vs this particular reg.

River as played?

Side note: btn and sb in this hand are also decent regs. (****ty morning game )
