$800 effective with main V1, 7 handed for the moment.

V1 is a very experienced MTT player that plays cash occasionally. Playing well and TAG so far here. We just tangled in a 3B pot a two hands ago where I 3B him OOP and he defended IP and folded to second (turn) barrel on lowish board. That was the only 3B he's seen me make this session.

V2 is a losing fish that always buys in short and plays way too many hands (loose passive typical LLSNL fish).

V1 opens $20 in UTG1
Hero 3B to $60 with QQ from BTN
V2 flats $60 from SB (started with about $270 so he has $210 back after call)
V1 4b to $210
Hero?

IME we mostly want to fold QQ to 4B's at LLSNL. If this were HU I probably just fold as his range is pretty much AK, KK-AA.

I felt like the fish in the middle was an X factor and he may have been trying to iso him so it was a bit of a pickle.

Can we call the 4b in this spot if it were HU? What about HU and deeper stacks? How do we proceed here with a short fish in the middle?

Thanks

Yeah a 4bet from a random in 2/5 is usually nutted but do you really think his range is AK, AA and KK? I would think he views you're 3bets as Ax with suited b'ways mixed in since you're otb so he's probably 4betting lighter but of course you're the best judge of that. If that's what you think his range is, then fold but I would think he would be lighter here vs your button 3bet and I wonder if he folds AK/AQs to a jam. I don't like flatting though.

You have to call $150 and if he has AA or KK you are winning his $800 plus $120 you and V2 already put in. Not quite odds to set mine but really close. Maybe he shuts down with AK or worse and you win some pots too. You have position too

General assumption on how tourney players over play AK, but that might be anecdotal here.

I'd lean call here, the SB cold flat could be a motivating factor in the 4! Navigating flop dependent on SB pre-flop action.

HU would be player-dependent, though I'd lean fold at this stack depth.
