With no reads, V could have easily called flop with Qx, QT, two pair, a flopped straight, a set, ... We pretty much only beat a semi-bluff (gutter or flush draw) and a weaker pair of tens that senses weakness in your checking.

Turn b/f. As played fold. Your hand is a bluff catcher and you have no read on opponent that would lead you to put her on a bluff. If she's potting the turn you can expect her to pot the river too. So basically you are looking at potentially investing 360 bucks into a 90 dollar pot when you only beat bluffs.
I don't love the call of the straddle from your position, there's just to much of a chance of getting raised and having to fold or play oop w/ a bad Ace. I would open raise from the sb if I was going to play this hand. with the straddle on it's like you only have 50bb's and you have the nut worst position on the table, raise or fold personal preference
As played, this is a double barrel. This board is super draw heavy. She can be calling the flop w/ any Tx, 88,99,flush draw, straight draw, a combo like As6s or 7d8d, even as little as a naked pair of 7's or a small pp like 55 that wasn't folding to one bet. The Qs doesn't improve much at all and it is unlikely that she hit it. No reason to slow down. Bet the turn. ~$70 seems good.
checking put you in a tough spot, if you call the turn you need to be calling most rivers. I'd much rather be leading then bluff catching here readless.
Don't limp this hand from this position. As played flop is good, readless I'm not sure if the turn is a c/f or b/f but I'd probably lean towards a b/f of 55 or so
