effective stacks $400

white 20's villain hasn't been at the table long... if I had to guess, he's one of those "unremarkable" guys that aren't horrible preflop but on the stationy side postflop.

hero raises $20 with K10 from UTG+1
villain in MP calls, rest fold

flop: KJ::9

hero bets $30, villain calls

turn:6

hero checks, villain bets $50, hero raises to $175

Shouldn't be raising k10s w 80bb from utg+1 IMO

he had $400, I covered the table with a couple deepish stacks in the blinds

Don't raise hands like KTs from EP when you're playing with 80bb. If you want to play those hands you need to be way deeper and in the right game.

So the short answer is fold pre.

Why did you choose to CR the turn? What are you trying to accomplish? It seems you didn't ask yourself this before you did it.

I think leading the turn for value vs a station is a much better line.

Unless the guy is really bad, CRing here forces you to be semi bluffing. The only thing you have going for you is that he indeed may be bad and you're not deep so he can stack off with worse.

You say you had them covered ($400), but what was your stack size?

And I think you should be betting the turn, not check-raising.

I felt he'd have 3bet AK pre, would have raised anything beating me on the flop besides maybe KQ, leaving a ton more draws and J's out there, so I wanted to get max value from all his floats/semi-bluffs, and set up a river shove that he would more likely feel committed to calling off light

a tad over 2k, blinds were around 1k a piece, so I tend to think the preflop raise was fine

I'd rather lead ott. Stacks otr now suck if he flats. Lead the turn for 60ish and if he raises it's a no-brainer shove ott. As it is, pot will be 450 otr if he calls, and we'll have 175 left. It's an easy value-shove if we hit the flush but it gets kind of dicey if we don't.

Lead the turn for like $50 ish. AP, you're ahead of a decent amount and any two pairs or sets, you've got a 12 outter to hit

Good if it's for value, spew if it's not... but tbh I don't see the relevant history that lets us know it's good for value.
