What are we hoping for when we overcall the flop, exactly? That UTG+1 is bluffing/drawing & SB is drawing or on a worse underpair? Pretty wishful IMO, fold the flop.
On river, we definitely have to worry about UTG+1 having overpairs or good Jx that played it cautious on the turn 3-ways and then value bets the river. If he's bluffing, it's a pretty tough bluff to make on this board. I think I fold.
