2/3 River raise sizing vs fish

Hello everyone, wasn't sure how big to size my raise on the river here.
Effective stacks are $200
Hero is on But with JTo, limps to me and I limp call.
V1 is in Lowjack
V2 in Hijack
Limped pot 6 players ($12)
Flop is 79Kr
Checks to V1 who bets $10
V2 calls
Hero calls
SB calls
folds around
4 players:
Turn is Jx ($52)
All Check
River is Qx
V1 bets $10 into $52
Hero raises to $25
Hero? Bet larger, get value from a Kx hand? I am getting also called by AT, but seems unlikely. I also don't know if the flop call was good because of multiway.

My first reaction was to flat but AT is so unlikely given the flop action that raising doesn't really have a downside. Would definitely size small because it seems so unlikely anyone without a 10 can call, particularly in view of the turn checking around. $25 is probably good, maybe $30. Rest of the hand looks good too.

Raising to $40. I like to put pressure on blocking bets when possible. If he folds, we can just bluff wider when we get chance and make up for missed value.

I don't hate the limp pre if it's likely to get 5+ callers if you raise a reasonable size. Still prefer just raising pre though. Also depends on what villains limping range looks like which is pretty impossible to tell without playing for several hours with them; as a default I lean towards raise.
Rest of the hand looks good. Could maybe size up a bit on the river but I like the small raise. Trying to eek out some value vs 2pair/maybe just Kx
