2/3 NL

Simple short preflop question

Villain is a LAG who has been raising and limping a lot preflop and is fairly sticky post. Has been running hot and winning lots of pots without showdown. 10-15 min earlier Hero 3bet him OTB w AKo, he called, flatted the T64r or T84r flop (can’t remember) then folded to my pot sized Qss turn shove and showed a 4. Generally an action player but not a maniac (yet - he definitely got OOL later before moving to the 5/5 game with his big stack).

Effective stack 340, V covers H

V opens 15 HJ. H 3bets KQo OTB to 40. Folds to V who 4bets to 140ish. H folds.

Am I right to 3bet this for value here? It’s an easy fold vs a 4bet, I block a lot of Vs calling/4bet range and can bloat the pot IP vs. a presumably weak range. Against a TAG I assume I’d want to flat more often bc 3betting has a lower EV against a tighter range. I also think I would rather size up to 50 here but my sizing had been consistent albeit on the lower side for this session.

Yeah good 3bet. He can flat dominated and other worse oop. And good fold to the 4bet.
