Why? I get that we're in SB, but we have crazy IO, uncapping ranges is irrelevant at 1/3, and BB isn't squeezing without a premium.

Bigger on the turn...I would lead for $30 here.

River should be bigger, too. I would go $55 on this river. As played I'm in between 3 bet all in and call. I lean a little more towards call just because we know villain opens super wide, so it wouldn't be unheard of for him to have a boat here, and we run into the problem of getting worse hands to call.

I’m pretty sure this is a fold pre because most of the hands that utg would stack off with have pocket 3s pretty much drawing dead preflop. I’m not positive but, I did jam the river after being pretty sick to the raise thinking this is only ever a boat, I convinced myself he could have a six because the “villain opens super wide” and he flipped over a bigger full house

Problem with the IO assumption is that this villain has already shown propensity to open straight trash from early, which means his button open is often weaker. So we often don't realize our equity against hands that we're a favorite against on the flop, and when we do hit, his isn't anywhere near guaranteed to pay. Obviously the counter-argument is that we're fairly deep and opponent likely sucks and won't fold an overpair for 150 bb ever.

I wonder if making it 40 pre is actually more profitable against a player like this.

I would imagine it's not considering how most 1/2-1/3 players are massive stations

Pre is not a fold at all once btn calls, not even close. Folding is fine if btn had folded
