2/3: Adventures in thin value. 2/3: Adventures in thin value.

So I think we've gotten enough feedback to release results:

Spoiler:
I take about 10-15 seconds thinking about min-raising for value, but ultimately elected to call. V says "nice call," does the "I don't want to show" dance and shows a 5 before I turn over A8.

Should I be waiting to see what V had in this spot, or is showing pretty quickly the standard courtesy here?

To clarify on V read: I felt he was looser preflop than he was postflop. I didn't have a whole lot of information on him yet, but the KJo hand led me to believe that this was a good spot to bet turn as I was probably getting value out of most of his flop call range.

There were no limpers in this situation. Most of the time when I open BTN for $10 I win it uncontested, and I feel like it's a good compromise between getting folds and getting people to call and play OOP against me, which I love.

i like the way you played it. raising for value a little to thin for me. if stacks were deeper would be a perfect spot to raise as a bluff.

I also always make them show in this spot, and if they take a long time I say you have to show first. (if last aggressor is the rule where I am playing)
