I have been playing for a few hours and generally straightforward action.

I was UTG1 with 4 3 ♦︎♦︎ and I opened for $10 and 5 players called. I have the largest stack with $500 and the other villains are less behind (CO has $70, UTG2 has $220 and MP1 has $210 starting stacks)

Flop is 10 6 3 with two ♦︎♦︎ and I bet $20, both UTG2 and MP1 calls and then CO all in for $41 and what should I do?

MP1 has $180 behind and UTG2 has ~$200 behind.

Thanks.

I fold pre. Opening this somewhere around CO. But maybe it is fine if you have the discipline to get away when you don't flop a monster

I check flop and likely fold to a bet. You are never taking this down with a bet here with this many players in. If you do hit your flush it has very high reverse implied odds. As played I fold

Opening this hand preflop from this position is spew. I might not open it from anywhere but definitely not from early.

The bet doesn’t make sense either on the flop. You’re keeping in hands that will beat you by accident if you don’t improve, and you are also making sure that any higher flush draws are staying in. You don’t really want to invite calls with this hand. I might check.

As played, though, I would jam. When the short stack jams, he is likely to have a hand you are a favorite or flipping against. I want to try to isolate him and keep in some dead money. If you get called by a slowplayed monster you are always drawing live for the side pot.

You shouldn't be in this situation, but haven gotten there jam. Your hand does well heads up. It isn't clear if you want the flush to come in or the flush to not come in but either way your OK and the pot is giving you good odds. Against multiple opponents your situation gets bad quickly. Against a higher pair and a better flush draw you suddenly have few outs. You don't want a pair of 6s to stick around or somebody after you with a middle flush draw to call. If it looks like somebody after you really wants to call it's better to fold because of this.

Preflop should generally be a fold. There are exceptions but your getting 5 calls means your not in one of them. On the flop you should either check or bet more. You should be aware of COs stack but it's so small it matters only in that you know he isn't going away with any part of the board or any draw.

What were you hoping to accomplish here? I think you’re likely spewing on every street.

Thanks for taking the time to comment; good feedback on opening too wide UTG1 and helpful as I adjust my opening hands relative to position.

As played, I did reraise to $141 and only MP1 called so $383 in the pot before the turn and MP1 only had $40 behind.

The turn was a 4 and I bet all in for MP1's remaining $40 so the total pot was $463 before the river.

River was a 7 and the final board was 10 6 3 4 7 with two ♦︎♦︎.

MP1 wins with J 5 ♦︎♦︎ with a straight and CO did not show. I was trying to get higher flushes to fold but MP1 hung around and backed into a straight on river even though I turned 2 pairs.

Thanks again.

What to do? Pay attention to stack sizes. A little larger and the action doesn't get opened up again .Also, opening early position with 34o?
