Hi guys
I'm trying to do a hand review after each session, so here I go again. I played this hand in holland casino. no specific reads on villian.
Effective stack 400
3 limpers in front, Hero btn makes it 16 with As9s, 2 limpers fold, villian calls in CO
FLOP Qs5s2d pot 36
Villian checks, Hero bets 30, villian calls
TURN Qs5s2d8c pot 96
Villian checks, Hero bets 70, villian calls
RIVER Qs5s2d8cAd pot 236
Villian checks, Hero bets 80
Preflop seems like a good spot to isolate a limper, could make a case to make it 20 but didn't know the dynamic of the table yet.
Flop I like to go a bigger sizing with strong bluffs and big value TPTK, sets,..
Turn I bet this size to fold out his second pairs or weaker
River I thought I could get value of various queens, if I get called, I should be good a fair amount of times. If I get raised, I will fold
Thanks for your thoughts guys

Seems fine in general. Some might complain about preflop and would advocate an over limp. I personally never limp in these spots and will always take control of the hand with a raise with any hand that I want to play.
Turn barrel is optimistic, is v really limp calling with 5x? Maybe v has some smallish pocket pair type hands but wouldn’t 88+ always raise pre? Really you’re trying to make him fold a queen, which is fine because he can’t really have any strong queens. If you recognize that you’re really trying to get him to fold a queen, I’d rather up the pressure a bit more and go over pot like $130 or so to set up a river jam.
River is good for thin value. Sizing is good to get called by a queen.

Not sure why you’re going so big on the flop. I get that your bet but with your bigger value hand like sets but tptk doesn’t necessarily want to go this big on the flop. I prefer a smaller flop bet about half pot. You’ll get him to fold his air and some weaker hands like low PPs that were set mining. I don’t think a bigger bet buys you more fold equity. The 8c isn’t the best bluff card bc it doesn’t change a whole lot, villain still calls with Qx. River is ok but I’m not sure how much value you have left after bombing the flop and turn. You have to give him a chance to make a mistake with KQ so I like the sizing but I don’t think you get called very often and occasionally you’ll run into a bigger hand.
