1/3: Turned top set on scary board. Villain is drunk 1/3: Turned top set on scary board. Villain is drunk

9 players

bb (drunk villain): $1000
utg: $500
mp: $200
hj (Hero = k k): $300

when villain was just buzzed, he was playing 50% of hands, making lots of big bets and taking down pots uncontested.
now he's slurring his words and seems drunk. he's a quiet drunk.

He has tightened up quite a bit and seems to be playing ABC poker.
he's been like this for an hr. he got another beer (plastic cup) 1/2 hr ago but I see that it is still near full at the time of this hand.

preflop:
utg/mp limps, hero raises to $25, sb folds, villain/utg/mp calls

flop ($101): 4 9 T
checks to Hero who bets $55, Villain calls, utg/mp folds

For the entire session (3hrs), whenever i c-bet it was for 1/2 pot.

Turn ($211): k
villain checks, hero?

villain could have the straight. he could also have a draw or even a pair.
i have a pot sized bet left.
Normally i would shove here but against drunk villain...?

What would you have done on all streets?

I wouldn't over think it. We are kinda committed anyway, just shove it now, and hopefully he calls off his draw.

Pre fine

More OTF

I probably just jam now and see what happens. Really the only terrible mistake we can make it not betting.

Agree with more on the flop and jamming turn. No other choice, really. If he has a straight, so be it; ditto if he folds.
