Villain does not fold to 3bets, but is not excessively aggressive postflop (this is relative)
Hero ($480) calls with Kc Qc in the cutoff
Button and blinds fold

Flop ($28): Qd 6d 3d

Villain bets $20, Hero calls

Turn ($68): As

Villain bets $40

What do you do? Also, was a flop raise a better move?

* There is no history with Villain in previous sessions, but a few hands earlier, Hero 3bet Villain in EMP with AK and value bet three streets with AJx flop, got passively called down with AJ.

Is 75/50 his VPIP/PFR? If so, you have to 3b pre for value. Flop is definitely call, not a raise. AP, fold.

No idea what the CU is but doesn't really matter. I might threebet anyway, I don't care that he doesn't fold. It's dependent on his raising range though. Edit: didn't see the 75/50, what AllTheCheese said then, 3b all day erry day.

Muck the turn. That is not a good card. One of the problems with your situation is that if you're losing, you probably have very few outs, but a lot of the bluffs he has are in pretty good shape. For example, KdJ has over 27% equity. This really cuts into your overall equity.

Edit: The 75/50 gives me pause, it might be worth a call if he's that loose. We're 60% against top 50%. It depends what you mean by "not excessively aggressive postflop".

What is CU?

Could 3 bet here if 75/50 are his stats.

Turn is a bad card as he has some Aces in his range.
