If this read is correct, then you should not worry about the board pairing because you think he wouldn't play sets or 2 pair this way, and consequently you should play your nut flush as if you know it's good. However, if you really think this can't be a big hand, you should also consider semi-bluffing on the flop. And finally, since you posted results, it's pretty clear that your read was wrong, which is the biggest problem in this hand.
