Villain - Same as previous hand I posted, middle aged, generally loose passive preflop (calling 70% of hands preflop), raising in position and with big cards. Doesn't seem to get out of line too often post flop but will call with almost any pair or draw. Raises post flop have been with big hands, not draws. Called Hero down with QQ oop on a J high board earlier in the night.

Hero - Mid 30's, very tight, fairly aggressive. Villain knows that hero has is a tight player, but hasn't tried to push him off pots.

Effective stacks $200

3 limps, Hero limps on the btn with A7, sb complets and bb checks

Flop is QAQ

Everyone checks to Hero, who...

i check it back. you are six players to the flop, odds are someone has a queen.
Also, you said NFD, but it looks like a backdoor NFD. am i missing something?

Sorry, wanted to see what people thought flop action should be.

I checked the flop to see the 6 come on the turn.

Everyone checked to Hero again and Hero...

Check turn, hope to bink a heart so you can rape a slow playing Q on river.

Bet turn to get value from smaller heart draws and 88-TT imo.

Really? What if it's AQ or Q7? Or what if the river pairs his hole card or double pairs the board? Yes, these are unlikely, but they chip away at the already small chance that you hit your heart AND your opponent does have a queen. Even with 6 players in the hand, your ace is likely best after the hand checks around twice. I'd make a 1/2 pot bet here. That will look to villains like anything from an A to a Q to a FD. Hard for anyone without a Q to raise you here, and you might get calls from a 6. Here I'm looking to take down a small pot, maybe get some value from my top pair. Even if I hit my flush I'm not crazy about committing my stack (though I may have to), so I don't like the plan of 'raping the queen' on the river. Checking the turn also prevents me from getting ANY information about what I'm up against so I'm more likely to make a bad decision on the river.

Hero bets $10, Villain calls while saying "One time for you"

River is 2 and Villain checks.

Is there any value in a bet here? And if we bet and get c/r what do we do?
