Villain is a maniac. Has showed lots of bluff. Has been caught bluffing into a 4 way pot with total air. Offers to show his hand of you fold... basic crazy, rich fish stuff. Has a big stack and is trying to push the table around.
Hero has a slightly tilted image, but is playing pretty well, just taken a few nasty beats.
Villain - $800 - co
Hero - covers - utg .... Qh Qd
Hero raises to $20, 2 callers, villain calls. Others fold.
Flop: $80, 4 players

Hero checks, villain bets $75, others fold, hero calls.
Turn: $230, HU

Hero checks, villain leads for $200... Hero?
Clearly, we're not folding.
Flat to keep in his lesser hands? Or jam since he's borderline committed and to make drawing incorrect?
For me, rule #1 is there are no scary boards against maniacs. Yes, maybe he made a straight.
I call turn and maybe lead 250 on river.
I am adding this sentence after reading the other posts. I think a jam on the turn is proper when not facing a maniac. You raise them big they can get away from it. Let the maniac bet into you.
