10 handed, a loose player opens to 5$ UTG, a player in EP calls, hero 3-bets to 27 from MP with KK, a solid player (~140$) calls on the button, blinds, raiser and caller all fold.

flop (2 players, 63$ after rake): AQ7r
hero is first to act, villian has about 110$ left...

Umm so what is in his range then AK and AQ?!

Pretty unlikely you're up against AK here, and i cant see villain flatting with worse than AQ.

I reckon its a PP.

c/c a small bet on the flop with the intention of folding to a turn bet. c/f the flop to a larger size bet. Either way I check because I don't think a bet accomplishes much.

no solid villain is going to call either with >1/5 of his stack preflop.

Just check it out imo. You cant fire again here because if he has hit an ace your beat and he is pot commited there is no room for you to get out it would have to be shove or check every street.

Also im going to say this villain is not solid and is set mining with a lower PP. Ive seen ALOT of regs do this with no where near the correct odds.

Still check betting folds out worse and you get called by better.
