UTG - Villain 1 - Notoriously tight player, will limp lots of hands, will fold to most raises, rarely raises pre-flop, sees monsters under the bed post-flop. (eg. would lead on a Q high board, get raised and throw away KQ immediately, often times she gets shown a total air bluff) She sits near her husband and he talks her through strategy and whatnot after hands (no issue of collusion), she is a student of his game - which is crazy nit-tight.

Hero is in the BB - Image is LAG, have been punishing the table with preflop raises and c-bets that often take the pot, V1 and her husband are obviously becoming irritated as I am interfering with the "limp-hit the nuts-profit" strategy they like to play.

V1 (~$250) limps UTG, followed by 2 more limps, SB completes, Hero (~$350) in the BB checks with Q3

Pot: $10
Flop: 642

SB checks; Hero bets $5
V1 raises to $15
Folds around to Hero. (Pot: $30)
Hero raises to $45
V1 tanks for a minute and raises to $105 (Pot: $160)
Hero?

To extrapolate on some of my thinking OTF, I felt her raise could be her finally taking a stand and playing back at me (since I had made so many raises/bets with a wide range) - and I still thought that I could make her see some monsters under the bed when I 3-bet to $45 and get her to lay down a lot of her range, and was thinking that she wouldn't 4-bet any big drawing hand here (like A5dd)(history says that she would prefer to call until she hits).

I am weighing her range to be almost entirely made hands such as 2-pair/sets/straight.

Do we find a call here? What is our line on the turn OOP?

Fold on flop. LOL@3-betting the nit you described. Nice way to make sure you don't get to draw. The nit you describe will never give you the odds to draw on the turn (she probably at this point has only straights given her 4-bet) and she is folding to a diamond on the turn.

I dont think she limps utg with 35 but she's not folding a set so just calling the raise seems like the best option. As played you probably dont have any FE so u have to fold.

Don't care for the 3-bet. If she sees monsters under the bed, she'll see them if you bet/flat too, and you get a chance to improve.

As played, fold.

Preflop looks obvious.

I think I'm more apt to check/raise this flop than lead at it. Let some others put some bad money in and then we can either passively call (getting good odds) or go for the check/raise if we feel we have some fold equity.

As played, I hate the 3bet vs this villain. She has patiently waited for a great hand against us and has indicated that she has finally gotten it. We're getting great odds of 3:1 so I call; hopefully she underbets the turn and gives me the odds to continue, otherwise I'm done with this hand.

If I do make my hand, I probably check/raise fairly large as villain could very easily think we are FOS and pay us off. If we whiff our check/raise attempt on the turn and she checks behind I probably shove the river as it would look like a pretty FOS bully steal attempt.

+1 To flatting the raise. Someone who doesn't raise often is rarely going to fold to a 3 bet.

+1 To flatting and folding if not given odds to continue

fold. Your flop betting is pretty bad vs a tight player on a board which hits their limping range. Call flop raise to 15. Only 4bet if you're happy to get it in drawing kinda thin.

Aggressive players like to convince themselves that when nits play back they are just gettign annoyed but they almost always have the nuts or close to.

This is the thought process that was consuming me at the time, I must admit.
