The Game:
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...m-game-838114/

I have $200 in front of me and just got dealt JT in the CO seat.

Preflop: 2 players fold, MP raises to $12, 1 player folds, 1 player calls, Hero calls, BTN folds, SB calls and BB calls.

MP has a stack of $200 he is a losing reg. His range here is AT+ any pair, KQ, QJs and Ace suited. I thought about raising to ISO but then I remember the last few times I tryed it and it didnt work out as I still got a few callers behind.

Flop: JT7 Both blinds check, MP checks, LP checks, Hero bets $55 into a $60 pot and I get SB and MP to call

Turn: Q SB checks and MP bets $135 all in action is on Hero...?

The pot is $220 plus his $135 so $360 total and I have to call $135. He could have AK, QJ maybe AQ, some sets. I think he has AK here a lot but thats just me.

i think A K or K Q of hearts is a good possibility or any A K at that matter. A lot of hands beat you and you still have someone to act behind u I like a fold here but that might be just me.

You have to be good 30% of the time to call. He raised pf and called a near psb on the flop.

The good news is that no draw got there unless he's really awful enough to call with AK on the flop. This means he's so bad that he plays fit or check to bet (no cbetting), but will call any gut shot. However, these players don't usually jam the last of their stack in without a good hand.

Otherwise, he's playing rope a dope with a good hand that is most likely better than yours. The other consideration is the SB who also called. He's getting nearly 4 to call. It is nearly impossible for him to fold with a draw or made made.

Without better reads, I think calling or folding is OK. If you call, you won't be good much more than 30% of the time. If you have the bankroll and won't tilt when losing, then call. If you don't have the bankroll and will tilt if you lose your stack, then fold.

This guy just has a a voodoo hold over me or something. Its not often I get involved with him but when I do he gets so lucky on me I cant remember how many times I flopped top set when he is in the pot and he calls my all in flop or turn bet just to hit runner runner flush or straight so many times its unreal, I dont like playing him TBH.

I think he must have AK here for what else plays like this, he bets with Aces or Kings on the flop same goes for a set. He bets AJ on the flop the only hands are IMO that checks the flops and bets all in OTT is AK or QJ maybe QT. And like you said SB still to act whos range is made up of drawing flush hands who may also picked up a pair I dont like my equity.

Yeah a lot of hands did get there on the turn and the board is looking ugly for my hand. I guess I could wait for a better spot.

After SB and me folded and MP was busy raking in the pot and went to muck his cards somehow they got flipped over showing AK the table got a laugh and I made a good fold.

I´m sure those chips didnt stay in his stack too much longer.

What about player that was left to act behind you on that turn? What range did you put his on and did he have more chips to reraise you? I always factor this into my decision. By the way you described the hand, you made it seem like it was heads up but what happens if you flat call the turn and get reraised further?

I would have folded and it was nice that you got to see his hand accidentally. When you said that he was a reg losing player, I quickly stereotyped him with a few such guys I know and AK is a very likely holding in this case. These guys tend to call with AK on the flop much more often than appropriate.

Was it at least Ah Kh, which would be a terrible shove on the turn if it was?
