I've been at the table for about two orbits. I've played two hands where I raised in LP and cbet a flop to take down small pots. Villian 1 is older man in his 60s. He's played 4 hands where he limp called and ended up folding to turn or river bets. Seems like a looser older player--definitely not a nit. Villian 2 is a loose player who has been called down betting 20 into 100 pot on river with QT on board KQ239. Villian 1 has ~150 UTG+1, Villian 2 185 in CO, I cover on button.
V1 limps, MP limps, V2 limps, I raise to $15 with AK.
V1 calls, MP folds, V2 calls. Pot is $45.
Flop is A85. I'm committed on this flop against both villians.
V1 leads for $12, V2 calls $12, I raise to $65, V1 folds, V2 moves all in for $105 more. Need to call 105 to win 274. What is V2's range with this weird line?
I short-tank called.

How is my line?

I like the line. Once you decide you are committed, I think that your best bet is to most often play it straight forward like you did. You raised $53 more on the flop when the pot was $81. Good sized raise as there are some draws on this board which you want to charge. I think that V1 was putting a small feeler bet out there and isn't going to give you any more action. As for V2, I think because you know you are committed, his range is basically a non-factor. Bad players can do all manner of crazy things, so he could really have anything he feels he wants to continue with. Sets, 2pair, Ax, FD or SD. Knowing that they can only lose their short stack, they will go all in with such a wide range in a raised pot (and sometimes not a raised pot) that I think it's not worth spending too much time thinking about. If you have good reads on such a villan that could be a different case.....

If you are set on being committed please raise bigger preflop.

You are behind. Villain has a set or a combo draw.

Hmm..SPR is less than 4 for both villians on this flop. I thought 15 would be okay. Where should I be raising to then PF? 10XBB?
Could you help me with a more optimal line here? Call flop and re-evaluate turn? Raise/fold to the all in bet?

I am confused by this as well. Granted, my only point of reference is PNLHE. But to according to it, OP is well within the commitment zone, and even more so against a loose opponent.

As for this statement, being that OP has A the only combo draws are SFD. If you want to claim that these loose players are calling $13 more with a hand like 96,97,76 ,32, I'm claiming that such a player could very well go AI with a naked draw as well.
