What to do here? 2-4 live

Ok, my first actual post; been casually lurking a while...
Was playing live 2-4 last night. Table was much tougher than usual...relatively good players, but there were a couple of fish.
I was in seat 8, the opponent I'm looking at in this hand was in seat 6. He had only sat down a little earlier, maybe 15-20 hands before. So far, he's limped in almost every hand, calling when raised. He's one pretty big pot when he raised from the BB with pocket 2s in the hole, then stuck around calling in a 5-way pot to catch the third 2 on the river. So at first glance he appears to be a pretty loose calling station.
Seats 3 & 4 post the blinds. Seat 5 limps (he also is playing almost every hand), and Seat 6 limps. Seat 7 folds. I have AA, so I raise. Seats 8-2 all fold, and the small blind folds. BB and the limpers call, so we are 4 to the flop.
Flop is 6 4 2 rainbow. It's checked to me, and I bet. BB folds, the two limpers call.
Turn is 3, it's checked to me, and I bet again. Seat 5 folds, but villain calls.
River is J (no flush possible), and villain checks.
Should I bet, or just show it down?

Bet, because worse hands will call.

Seat numbers are not relevant to the action, postions (UTG, CO, etc) are. Please use that format as it makes it much easier to follow the action.
Also, easy river value bet.

Bet/fold. But he will likely just call. But if he raises you have an easy laydown.
