Online 5-10 game with the usual daytime suspects. Villian is 40/15/1.4

Three limpers, and I get a freeplay in the BB with T9o.

Flop KQJ with 2 clubs. I bet, Villian calls in EP, the rest fold.

Turn Small club. I bet, villian calls.

River T not a club, I bet.......

Villain limped in EP so I think we can eliminate aces from his range, no? Maybe not though since he is so loose.

I think he can have a lot of two pair hands here, especially ones that involve a ten. I am not overly worried about him having a flush. Unless he has the ace of clubs with an offsuit rag kicker I don't think this guy could have an ace here.

I think I like a bet here. If villain has two pair he probably checks behind where he would have called a bet. Villain may be afraid to raise a straight for fear you have a flush. If he raises I am inclined to call.

Actually, I think it is pretty close, but mostly b/c I am of the opinion that a 40/15 guy is gonna snap bet that river after you check....alot. Of course a more detailed read may say otherwise, but that is my opinion based on the info you gave.

i agree. if he were more aggressive i would like a bet for value and to induce a bluffraise.

against this guy, i'm pretty sure bet/call is a losing play but i'm not quite sure that he bets more hands than he calls with if we check. i want to say bet/fold but if you aren't comfortable with that, i like c/c because i still think he's firing a ton of hands when checked to.

I c/c. With no aggression shown from villain so far, I think a 40 vpip has an ace here a ton.

He might bet a worse hand on the river, so I could pick up a bluff bet.

I would hate b/c the river, so I save a BB.

I was going to flip a coin. I hadn't decided on heads or tails yet.

Villian had QT for two pair.

I posted this hand for a friend who has terminal MUBS, and wanted to know what it would take me to scare me out of a value bet.
