I hold Ah6h on the button. 4off and CO call. I call and bb checks.

Flop comes As9h2c. CO bets and I raise. CO calls.

Turn comes Kc. CO checks and I check.

River comes 9c. CO bets and I call.

Any read on opponent? I like PF and flop don't know why you checked the turn in an unraised pot with top pair HU. River is disaster you have no choice but to call.

Your probably beat but gettin 9-to-1, you have no choice.... The 9 probably got there. or clubs, if he does have an Ace gladly take the chop.

You have top pair with a weak kicker and a dry board on the flop. BB has a worse than random hand, 4off something pretty bad too given he openlimped pre.

So you don't fear cheap cards much and might be against a better hand. Call down. Your hand isn't that strong, pot is small.

say we opt for calling villain down here. If villain fires both the flop and turn but checks the river we can then V bet our hand correctamundo?

I usually just call the flop here and depending on the opponent, either fold the turn or call down.

Yeah I like the PF and Flop lines you took, but I think you have to fire again on the turn. Call a bet on the river, but value bet if it is checked to you.

Horrible card comes on the river, but long term I think your making an extra $4dollars by betting the turn.

Why do you like the flop raise?

What does betting the turn accomplish?

Why is the river card horrible?
