Don't bluff him. Isolate him, Value bet the living daylights of your middle pairs and above. If he bets into you, unless you have quads fold.
This guy may be on a heater but good is not the word I would use to describe him. I would recommend putting him on your buddy list and seeking him out every time you play. Report back when he has 2k hands. I have $100 that says he is a losing player.
