Both villains are tricky and often get as many bets in on the flop. SB is extremely agressive.
MP opens, I 3- bet with Ah Qs. SB caps.. We both call.
Flop comes 2h 3h 8s.. SB bets, mp raises.. I called.. Is that a horrible call with a back door nut flush and perhaps 6 outs in over cards? I know the betting can continue.
15:2 not closing the action, getting 16:2 (8:1) in the very best case.
I would discount your 6 outs to like 3 or 4, so you're not getting the right odds to continue in even the best case. Throw in the worst case (betting gets 3/4-bet on the flop), looks like an easy fold to me.
I like a fold. I think a call isn't the worst thing ever, though. I'm mostly folding cause I don't want it to get 3-bet as you said both villains try to get a lot of bets in on the flop.
How likely is your AQo the best hand? How many bets will you have to pay on the remaining streets to see? If these knew that guys would go nuts on the flop and then would check down the big streets, you'd be crazy to fold. Since that scenario isn't likely, we need your read of future action.
I think you're forgetting your "I currently have the best hand draw" in counting outs, unless you're sure you're currently not best. We don't have enough information to give you a good answer here. I can't tell if they're a little over-aggressive, or if these are the guys to put in the first 7 bets to juice the pot, and then they play poker.
