Hello. My name is Daniel. I am the creator of the software called Table Tamer. It is with regret that I have to make this statement. I was trying to fix some of the issues with TT before releasing it, but I feel that is has come to a point where the concerns of users needed to be alleviated. That is why I am releasing it now.

I began programming TT when I was still playing poker professionally. This was about six years ago. It was just a hobby at the beginning. Eventually, I released a version for the public to use and help with their feedback while building the foundation of the application. I started with a thread on the 2+2 forums. The forum and players have helped me immeasurably during development. At some point the balance between playing for a living and programming swayed me towards dedicating my time completely to Table Tamer.

This year has been a difficult one for me personally. My marriage ended, and it affected me immensely. I suffered from bouts of depression and had other issues as a result. I would like to expand on this, but I don't feel like it would be appropriate. I would like to thank the people who have been there for me during this. It was touching to see users reaching out to me and trying to help me through my crisis. During this, I tried to maintain my business, but without the proper channels in place, it was extremely difficult for me to concentrate my best efforts on the business. I am not excusing my actions, but I wanted to give some insight into the reasons behind them.

During this time, I have let many issues slip through the cracks. The amount of work involved eventually piled up, and I fell too far behind to fix everything in a prompt manner. I wanted to publish this after I had some progress to show that the company is being revamped and rebuilt. I feel that at this point, everyone needed to hear from me though. There are several issues that need to be addressed. The most urgent are issues related to compatibility with the poker sites. My team has started work on Ignition / Bodog, IPoker, and WPN. I am in the process of organizing all tasks to see what needs to be fixed urgently and what can be changed to improve communication and support with the user. To improve customer support, a new employee will be joining the team, and we will be implementing a support system that will keep track of issues that were submitted. The developers on the team are already working on fixing the previously mentioned sites. I also plan on making sure that other members of the team can handle my tasks as well.

I want everyone to know that it is of utmost importance to me that I remedy the current situation. After realizing that so many poker players depend on the application, it motivated me to focus on Table Tamer again. I am not one to abandon anything. This lapse in my work flow was out of character. I am devoted to fixing the application and instilling faith in the users who support my application again. I also want to compensate anyone who has been affected by the application not working as well. Please contact me, and we will discuss it on a person by person basis.

Hi Daniel,

Sorry to hear how your personal life is going. I hope you are doing better now and can give everything a place. Always take your time, health is the most important, never forget!

As far as TableTamer goes, i think everyone can understand your situation and also understand why progress on TableTamer has slowed down. But communication is key here.
Like you said if you got your motivation back again i would advise you to go like this.

1. Communication with customers!!! (the fact that the program is not working 100% now is even less important imo, people can understand your situation just keep communicating so people know whats up).
2. Fixing TableTamer, as you know by now there are some issues that needs to be fixed.
3. All other stuff.

Thanks for your kind response. I agree with everything you said. Communication is key. I will be more active and will be implementing changes to help there. This will also lead to understanding what issues need to be fixed and their urgency.

If you're referring to Poker Minion, I posted in the thread of an apparently abandoned piece of software ("***WARNING - multiple reports of software not working, Rep absent for ~6 months***") to correct a false statement. And I repeatedly stressed for others to discuss my product elsewhere....

Betonline had an update this morning and TT is preventing the poker client from opening. (its force closing the lobby)

noticed it works fine when running Intuitive Tables program.

Also, TT has made iggy unplayable for the past few weeks, also working fine with Intuitive....

no doubt your product is superior when it works, but I pay you for an annual subscription and am lucky for everything to function properly 6 months out of the year.
you keep making promises of changes in your company yet we all sit by waiting for some actual proof. If i dont see a hard 180 soon on how things are going youll leave me no choice but to find other software

hi, I am a guy who has been using table tamer for more than 3 years, at the moment ps.eu and ps.es no longer allow you to go back to the old version with the procedure indicated here, at least to me, please try to make ps work with the new one version, I have spent a lot of money on this program in the last few years and I have read your post on 2 + 2, but I need that at least on important rooms the software works at least a minimum, I'm sorry for what happened to you, but you have to work mainly on the main rooms of ps with aurora, I think you know my TT nickname since I wrote to you several times in the past also via email or skype

I emailed you last week asking for a refund for the last ~month as the program was mostly not working. I haven't yet heard back.

If you get TT working again I would be happy to subscribe again.

It's been working for the sites I play, wpn, stars and ipoker. Depending on what you wanna use, I use minimal stuff, biggest concern for me is the table actually popping up correctly. But goryaura won't work propers.
