On bcp preflop bets often quit working or they will work on some tables and not on others. I have to run site config to get it to work again but the bets always work postflop.

Do you have any input on how to reduce lag? I've started to lag on my regular workstation thats running a 1950x with more than enough RAM when I'm playing 12+ tables. There's lag when clicking buttons and getting cards dealt or turns shown etc, and its pretty unplayable. Is it possible that my settings could be off?

BTW I'm on WPN (Black Chip Poker) and I've isolated table tamer to be the issue.

Edit: was on beta version 1.4.3.7. I downgraded to 1.4.3.6 and the lag seems to have disappeared.

I finally managed to send my logs right after a crash and got the logs to go through.

Please let me know if you see anything that indicates TT is causing these crashes. Otherwise it's gotta be DriveHUD, the client or some combination of the programs causing it to happen.

If you have time then please also check on that extra penny +/- added to some of the autobets. Most often it seems to happen on the button preflop.

I get the lag on BCP and that error sometimes

Happen same for me, I send him a session me playing in ACR and show the lag is insane and is TT bc I play without TT and seems like works fine.

I have TT+the sites running as administrator and have tried turning off my security and it still doesnt work. not sure what to do! I tried 1.4.3.6 and the .7 beta still getting this. Hoping you have a fix for this, thank you

I finally got one of my buttons(pot odds)that I created in the HUD
To show up on the table. The only thing is it’s stuck in the upper left corner and I can’t move it. I have tried clicking and dragging but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions ? Thank you

Hello, just got TT for pppoker.
Is it possible to get it to do more than just set up fold/call/raise hotkeys and and scroll wheel?
That is all I can get to work.
No way to have it auto type in betsizes or even set up hotkeys for the buttons on screen post flop (1/2 pot 2/3 pot etc)?

I just got the TT subscription and it's not working for ignition. Only thing I can get to work so far is a hotkey for the buy chips button. Anyone? Tried on 1436 and 1437 versions.

any1 having probs since Ignition update. I didn't play yesterday, and no changes to my version or pc other than winupdate. Seems to work some of the time (40%) in this first 30 mins or so. Good for awhile, then off again.

I closed Ignition and TT then reconfigured it and everythings working fine now.

I'm using TT for Ignition Zone games. Is there a way to have TT play an alert sound only when I have five seconds left to act?

Playing a sound when a table is urgent (whenever it's my turn to act) is too often, but no sound isn't enough. There's an option in Ignition software to play a sound with five seconds left but then I have to have other sounds on too it seems.

It looks like when I face a 'call or fold' decision on stars (if a player is all-in eg.) the table stays in the stack when I'm in Smart Tiling mode. It's consistently happening.

I believe you said you multi-table a lot of tournaments. I play 99% cash games where 8 tables is the max you can sit at. It's possible that you will experience different issues than I will because of that difference.[/QUOTE


I was hoping that's what it was but I literally just had 8 tables up and it was still effecting the Fold hotkey. Maybe, it's the tournaments. I'm going to fire up some cash games and see how that goes. Otherwise, I'll have TT do a remote session to check everything out... Never mind, that was quick. I had 4 cash tables and the Fold hotkey didn't work. It had to be pressed multiple times.

WOW!... let's edit this one more time lol... I finally decided to try my keyboard and not my numpad. My keyboard works flawlessly with the hotkeys. Wowweewawa lmao.

I get errors like this every single time I open WPN, but it still opens normally etc after just clicking ok. Wonder what causes these errors tho.

After Ignition updates, you have to configure the poker client in Settings/Site Setup.

We are working on the issues with WPN now. Stable has less lag, but it has more bet sizing errors. I will try to have an update out ASAP.

If you are using right click as a hotkey, shut off your hotkeys temporarily.
