You updated TT and then it started crashing? Does it crash immediately after starting TT? What do you mean by layout? Is it a custom theme or is it a layout you made in TT? Please click the ? in the main window and hit send logs.

It has to be a problem with the PLO on demands. I got another report of the same thing. I will test with an on demand instead. I was using cash. Pot size is read from the hand history.

Thanks. One other thing i want to add, not sure if i put it in description or not. I want the tables to be a regular size where if i 4 table, there is no overlap on my 1920x1200 monitor. Can you tell from my logs that when first table opens up, its a huge size? Everytime it opens the first table, i basicallly resize it myself. Then once i do that, i open more tables and many times i click on view as and make every table like this. I don't want to do this. I want the table to open up the right size where if you 4 table, there is no overlap etc.


Also, how do i make it impossible to resize the tables?


Another thing is this. Many times when im playing, wpn crashes whether its due to software or HEM2 or TT. Im not sure what. Then i close the program. When i log into wpn, the issue is say im playing 12 tables. All the tables open up so small as if im tiling 12 tables etc. Then i have to manually resize one table to make it size i want. Then i click on view as make every table this size. The issue here is when i do this, it takes a lot of time etc. Then i get folded on lot of tables due to this issue. Can you tell me how to fix all of this?

You have Settings/Layout/Don't Resize Tables turned on. This is why the tables aren't be sized properly. This should fix the issue with the first table being larger and the tables being small after a crash.

The only way to make it impossible to resize a table is to remove it's border with Settings/Table/Remove Title Bar.

I messaged you back. Also could you tell me how do i fix the first table that opens at a regular size? Thus imagine on a 1920x1200 resolution monitor. You want to have 4 tables with no overlap at all. Thus imagine you open 4 tables, then click tile. But when you tile, you notice there is a bit of a small gap between every table. Then you manually increase the size of the table by just one move. Then you click on view as and make every table same size. Then the 5th table etc that opens, it goes over each of these tables. So imagine you have 20 tables opened. Thus you would have 5 tables on each quadrant. The thing is everytime i open a table up, the first table is oversized. I manually resize it to right size. Then once this happens, it seems every table that opens up, it is correct size and no issue.


But a big issue is when wpn crashes and i have to restart the client. When i do this, say i have 15 tables opened. Well each table opens up tiled and very tiny. So i have to click on one table where i have to manually resize that table to right size... then click on view as make every table same size. Thus i have decisions on other tables which makes it even harder for me to fix the main table. But once i do this, then every table does go to the exact size as the one i manually fixed. But it takes very long time and i have decision on other tables. Is there a way to fix this issue? Because i have zero issues with this on other sites like stars and say 888 poker when i use tableoptimizer and 888caption etc. Because wpn crashes so much, whenever the tables open, its all tiled. So you could imagine how much of a disaster it is when you have 12 tables or more.

Ok so I am in the same situation as before. Trying to get BB to display in tournaments on Ignition on my new computer. I did all the same steps as last time (run as admin, set up the panels the same, configure Ignition settings). It seems to be fine running table settings (for example when I hit apply changes for show bb, it will show the bb). But when it comes to player settings I can't get it to show anything

I would also mention that things like "Status" and "ante" appear readily when I hit "apply changes" but once I try to do something with Hero's stack nothing will appear.

Ok, I've read and searched as much as I can handle and this may have been covered over and over again, but here is what I'm having trouble with:

I'm trying to allow TT to set focus to urgent table (using fill/tile layout) where slot 0 and 1 are populated. Then I want to, without having to mouse over the table send my hotkey to the urgent table. If another table becomes urgent before or has an impending action coming I want to use hotkey (either Focus Slot or Focus Previous/Next) to shift focus and then send a hotkey action.

So when urgent TT set focus, send bet\fold\raise hotkey action, if applicable set focus slot 0 or 1 and send similar action.

No matter how many different combinations I've tries or deleting and restarting over it will not send the hotkey to the table or change focus if a different window / app was the target window prior to the table becoming urgent. I don't mind if it steals focus as long as it doesnt move the mouse away from the previous active window (which right now it doesn't).

So any help/insight would be great!

Do you have Settings/Site Setup/Advanced Functions on? The only other thing it could be is your antivirus is blocking it. Then, you would have to add exclusions for TT and Ignition.

In Settings/Action and Focus, do you have the focus type set to Cycle? Also, turn on the Steal Focus option.

I was having problem with my internet provider today and I connected from my main PC with a 4g pendrive. When I open TT it says that I was connecting from new pc and It seems I lost all the configuration that I had before. Hoy can I recover It?

You should always back up your settings in Settings/Program by hitting Export Settings. There may be a way to recover your settings though.
Hit the windows key + r. This will bring up a window. Type "%localappdata%/Table Tamer" without the quotes and hit OK. Now, delete the Settings.xml. There should be some files named Settings.xml.BACKUP-#. The # represents a number. Choose the one with the highest number. Then, rename it Settings.xml. Hopefully, that fixes it.

I set up hotkeys and layout on wpn but as i mentioned i still have issues with the betting for some reason. I sent you a reply back via email.


The other thing i want to know is, is there a way to make 888poker and partypoker with the same settings like i did with wpn? Like with the layout and bet sizing and everything? For 888 poker when you add the site, its the new client right? And do i need to manually do the bet sizing that i did with wpn for 888 and partypoker or is there a way to just copy the settings and make it the same with 888 and partypoker?

Could i change the color of the BB stack to a different color? There doesn't seem to be this option? How do i make the BB stack show for every player at the table that way i would see a big BB number shown on each player. For my stack, i know its Hero's stack but there doesn't seem to be option for other players stack on the options? Can you tell me where this is or there isn't?

For the BB stack for hero and other players, what is the difference between balance and adjusted BB? Also do most people here use starting balance compared to these other 2? Because i notice balance and adjusted BB, the moment you put chips in, your current BB stack is now what is shown as oppose to your starting stack. Just curious but why would anyone use that? I could understand someone wanting to know their bb stack size during the hand but i can't imagine you want that in place of your starting stack?


Also how do i make say my right click button on my mouse as my all in button? Is this done in the action hotkeys for the all in? Because i previously used a button on the keyboard for it to be an all in. Thus click that and its all in. But now i want it to be where i click that button... for me now i want to use the right click... then once i click it... it drags to all in. Then i have to press another button for all in as the RAISE button on the action hotkey. There seem to be option of supress and raise and when i tried this, the right click button by clicking it just went all in. I dont want that as i want to click a button first, it shows the all in, then i press another button for all in.

Hi there. So i tried to set up 888poker with TT. First thing i did was to add my username on 888. You have to manually type it in right? Also there is no option to add hand history directory? Not sure if i did that or not with WPN or not.


I havet it checked enabled and predefined bets. For preferred seating, i need to make sure i put the correct seat number for each different table count? Thus on 888 its mostly 8 or 9 player table. So i have to make sure the preferred seat is number 4 or 5? My seat is right in the middle.


The thing is when i started TT, the bet sizes that i set up for wpn such as 2.5x, 3x and 50%, 60%, 75% pot etc that shows up on WPN tables, all these show up on the 888 table. The thing is there is way too much of these bet sizes that shows up on 888poker... their layout is where you can't really put that many bet sizes on the screen unlike wpn. Thus on wpn, i have like 12 different bet sizes shown such as as 2.5x 3x, then bet sizes like 33% pot, 50% pot, 60% pot etc. Yes i have like 12 of them etc. But i put it on the bottom and everything fits perfectly.


Is there a way to have certain bet sizes available only for 888poker? Like imagine i only want 33%, 50%, 60%, 100%, 150% only shown on the screen. And i don't want to have like 2.5x or 3x preflop since there is not much space on an 888table. Or can i not do this? Because i like to have all those bet sizing on wpn. Or is the only way basically to move all of the other hotkeys i dont want on my screen on 888poker and just move it all the way to like the bottom corner or top corner etc?


The other thing with 888poker is the BB stack that shows for me and also every other players does not show up for anyone at the table on an 888table. Also the bet sizing that is available and shown on the table... i can't even click on it. Can you tell me why im having these issues? Also when action is on me, normally i could just type in the bet box like on wpn. But none of these work at all on 888poker with TT...
