While I like the idea of the programme, its performance has been pretty poor lately. It stops working on some days. However, even more disappointing is the customer support. It tried to contact it a few days ago from the feedback functionality in the client (and attached log files) but no reply (this is not the first time it happened).

What is the problem with the programme and is there any way to get a reply from customer support?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Tilt Breaker. Would you mind trying to email your log files through the Feedback form again? I'm not sure I received them. I make a point to respond to all email I receive, and I definitely wouldn't ignore a bug report.

Hi,S!K,there are two problems :

1.when the single table stoploss hit,the sitout next hand option doesn't work,the table still run.

2.when the single table stoploss hit,it is fine on the plo 6max table(sitout next hand option is still a problem) ,the delay timer works and the table closed soon,but there is only pop up on headup table,the delay timer doesn't start,and I can still play if I click dismiss.How can I fix the problem of the headup table?

Please use the Feedback form in TB to tell me the following:

• What site/skin are you playing on?
• What table theme are you using?
• When you say "but there is only pop up on headup table"; what is the pop-up?

Also, please make sure to check the "include log files" box as well.

The problem with bet365 seems to be specific to the premium tables. So this is a explanation why bet365 is the only skin which does have problems with tb.

Is Tilt Breaker compatible with all microgaming skins? Is it possible to configure Tilt Breaker by nickname if two players play on same site and have different stop loss limit?

Does anybody use TB on Ipoker and use the "take focus from other applications option" i think TB may has caused this to stop working for me?

At first i configured TB to block the cashier when in a session, and sat the timer to run to 31. December 2012. I later decided that I want to block the cashier at all times, and tried setting up that rule as well. But it still only blocks cashier when I'm in a session, any possibilites to fix this? I can't delete the first rule ofc because I locked it for the remainder of the year.

TB was actually the problem because i un installed TB and the problem instantly disappeared. Is this any chance you could get a fix for this S!k?

I wanted to buy tiltbreaker (even though I can only really use the feature which blocks certain times of the day) and so I've accordingly sent an email to sales@tiltbreaker.com 2 days ago, but I've got still no answer so far. I'm a bit surprised to say the least....I really hope I am going to get a response quite soon.

So what`s up with Beta for PartyPoker? When to expect???

Hi Ftstyler,

We're trying to figure out how to get the session stats updated faster so they are closer to real time. At the moment they are on a 1-2 min delay due to how Party processes HH's. Having beta testers wouldn't necessarily help in that regard. Plus the lockdown doesn't identify tournaments yet and will close active tournament tables with the cash tables; this will be fixed very soon though.
