I'm now in a loop with TableNinja.

I get the new install and it loads.

It asks me to repair or remove.

I choose repair and when it's done I press close and it exits and that's it.

How do I get it to open...because when I open it I get the new install message...around and around.

So I removed it and went to the website to download a new version.

I installed it but when I then open it I get the same nonsense as before...so I press repair and now I get an error message...network error while attempting to read program files etc.

Table Ninja has died.

updated the latest update. after about ten mins tnft freezed out. what should i do?

1) Fresh build published today resolves betting issue. Now TNFT recognizes BB size and you can use bet sizes depending on BB - again.
2) This fresh build says version 1.2.1.0 - do not pay attention, is OK.
3) Freezing is known issue, is being worked on. This happens on table closing.
As a workaround: after you stop play on specific table, press "Stand up" and only then close this table.

Is this a known problem - can't put any bets in - can fold - maybe auto raise key ... but can't now manly put any figures into bet box.

This happens when table is too small.
Also: old TNFT versions can't recognize BB and SB, in latest this is fixed.

I only bought TN at the beginning of Dec 2012

It's never worked for much of the time.

And now I have to pay again to have the program working????

I really regret buying this product - I wish i was allowed to get a refund as it's never done what it's meant to for any period of time. Every week or two it has been taken out of action.

There are lots of us who've had to turn off TN.

I'd be grateful if you could address the flickering of the bet boxes and the inability to place a bet.

Then there's the issue of the pot bets.

For all guys who experience bet blinking on FTP tables:
Go to TNFT Pot betting tab and:
- uncheck "Round all bets to NN big blinds"
- Set Default bets - Preflop to % of pot (NOT #BB)

I tried this on Rush table right now - no blinks, works on any table size.

Please post or .zip and attach a copy of the following files and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows.

Default bets aren't working for me. Neither in pot% nor in bb. Auto Timebank and hotkeys work. Classic Table.

Btw, is FullTilt working properly on TN2?

Progress is being made and well done, Sarek.

We have finally got two ticket numbers that admit that on FT:

a) You can't place pre flop bb bets
b) You can't place post flop bet % bets

Now we look forward to HM-6845 and HM-6889 being fixed.

Just remember that for me these two issues are the only real reasons I use TN...so without their working I'll never buy a subscription for TN2...and the same for others, I'd guess.

Current TN2 version (7) has the same issue with wrong betting, developer works on it, hope we will get ti fixed soon. And (since is almost same bug) - in TN1 also.

Story is: betting bug WAS fixed some days ago, I personally tested on different FTP table sizes and game types.
But now it returned. Guess (not 100% sure) this is because of another FTP client. update.

Interesting decision to bring a product on the market and expect people to pay a monthly subscription for it when it is not working.

And not refund people who bought it in Dec and never got proper use out of it.

Do you also have an update for TNFT1? After what I've read about it I don't want to "upgrade" to TN2, and even less for a monthly fee.

TN1FT will be fixed after completing same fix in TN2 - but it looks more complicated than was "on a first glance". Work is in progress.

Can we get a refund for TN?

As it hasn't worked, and I didn't buy it just for a few months (during which it hasn't worked).

I think the expectation would be that when someone buys TNFT it would be of use/workable for at least a year.

I really feel like you guys have treated us unfairly.

If you want to go to subscription fine, but anyone who bought it when FT reopened should have the option to get their money back - as the product has clearly not worked.

I have posted four times it's not worked in this thread alone - in fact it has not worked more often than it has.
