Please open task manager and see if TN2 is running in the background, if so kill all TN2 process and then see if that works.

Does TableNinja on Stars work for only .eu/.com or .fr aswell?

Then a newbie question about functionality: if I obtain TN, will it automatically click timebank immediately every time action is on me? My desire of getting TN is it would mask the times I actually have a tough decision (and need to click timebank) with the ones where I have a trivial decision and don't click timebank. (Hence keeping timebank active always)

TN2 works on all Pokerstars clients, Yes we will auto click Timebank for you when it is your turn to act.

This is to show you if the preset bets is correct for example if we calculate the bet wrong then the line will become Red if it is correct it will be grey to disable this feature you just go to the display tab and disable "Underline street"

I still seem to be having an issue with the mark current hand history hotkey. I thought I had resolved it last week when I played a full set, marked 30-40 spots using it and they were all in the correct HH folder. I've just finished a long day and been marking hands all day and the HH folder is empty. I had TN minimized today, I cant remember if I minimized it the day where it worked but is it possible that this could be causing it to miss hands?

I am having trouble with my default bet sizing in tn2 today. I have default preflop bet size set to 2.1bb. Quite a few times 2day the bet sizing changed to 3.5 bbs.So instead of raising to 2.1bbs it was raisng to 3.5 bbs. Any suggestions ?

Having TN2 minimized should not have this effect, Is this happening only on tournaments? Or is it cash aslo? What site is it on and i will look into this asap. Also how are you marking the hand? Ie is it when the cards are dealt or mid game?

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue, I need a bit more information so we can narrow this down, Please tell me the following:

- What site is this happening on?
- What game type?
- Is this default bets or betting Hotkeys?

Please do the following:

- Go to the display tab and enable "show Street" and Underline street
- Take a screenshot of the table when the incorrect bet is entered
- Take a screenshot of your betting tab in TN2

Send all of the above information along with the log file to support@tableninja.com and we will investigate this asap.

Do the positional preset bets work for zoom games yet? like preflop open sizing, 3bet sizing etc

If you click on Tableninja V2 - no UI this means you can run TN2 without opening the User Interface.

To disable this go to the display tab and disable "Underline street"

Still happening even with the underline street turned off, big red box around the pot, doesn't seem to happen when I tile only when I stack and observe tables also.

My betting hotkeys are not working after PS update and the above mentioned red rectangle appeared on the top of the table.

Is it only me or did this happen to more players?

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

The developers are aware of this and they are working on a fix, I have no ETA right now on when that will be but if you go to the setup tab and enable I want beta updates once it is released you will be auto updated.

In the mean time as a workaround you can downgrade PS to the previous version.

Yes, I am well aware of this unfortunate fact. Wish you still do though; todays experience with TN2 was exhausting :/ FWIW, I would be happy to pay you for continued support of TN1, but i know thats not gonna happen..

Unfortunately the reason for TN1 not working is due to the PS update they released it broke not only TN1 but TN2 also, We are working right now on a release and should have one today or tomorrow at the latest.

As a workaround for TN2 is you can use the Mercury theme as this seems to be working or you can roll back to the previous version of PS.

whats gonna happen with tn1 my serial key hasnt expired yet so i would like to use it without any problem until then

Hi, TN1 will not work unless you roll back to a previous version of Pokerstars, As there latest release has changed some things on the table TN1 will not work.

How can I roll back in a previous version ?
