You mean you are manually clicking the buttons yes? Do you have the Ipoker options enabled in the experimental tab? Please go to the help tab > debug Hotkey - Assign a hotkey here.

Then reproduce the issue and as soon as it occurs hit that problem HK and then send the logs go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Hi, I'm back playing on Pokerstars for the first time since Pokerstars7 has been launched. Im on the UK site if that matters.

My HEM2 is working fine on zoom but my table ninja 2 is not working at all...

I get a message from TN2 saying "Mercury Theme has been detected, use at own risk while in Alpha"

However I am not actually using mercury theme, Ive tried using Hyper simple and Black but neither seem to work, any ideas? Cheers.

TN2 keeps popping up the filter bar that I usually drag below the taskbar it pops it up every time its looking to load a new table and then when it does pop up it freezes the games. Im mid session now on break highly annoying.

The developers have being made aware of the issue concerning the "Expired license" They are currently working on fixing this and will have it resolved asap.

I recently reinstalled windows and I have been unable to reinstall TN2 since.

At the end of setup, a message flashes,_ error 10001. InstallUtiLib.dll: Unknown Eroor

Just set up my 16 mutli-stack slots and I am very happy with this feature! What file should I save to my desktop so if my layout ever gets screwed up I can get it back? It took me a long time to get it how I wanted it with no errors, and sometimes I forget rearrange layout starts it over from scratch!

Also, it would be very nice to be able to temporarily disable betting hotkeys.

You need to go to the following location - C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

Then make a backup of the following file keys_user or it maybe called keys_user.txt

About the betting HKs i assume you are talking about the action HKs? There is the disable HKs option in the actions tab.

As for the betting hotkeys, I didn't mean to say hotkey. I meant the default bets. I would like to be able to keep my setting saved but disable them. Does checking all the "do nothing" boxes accomplish this?

Finally, the 16 slots is awesome, but please adjust the "If no filter matches, move new tables to:" Right now it only lets you default to 1-8, and depending on him I'm laying out my tables it would be good to be able to choose 9-16.

This is not possible, However you can remove the default bet if you want, also we do have a feature request to choose which site you want default bets to work on i assume this would work for you?? The latest ticket on this feature is TN-75 if you wish to be notified of when it is added email support@tableninja.com with the subject "Notify me when TN-75 is resolved"

I have notified the developers on this, you are right it should be slots 1-16 not 1-8.

Hey folks, Hopefully someone from TableNinja can help me out here.

I went through the whole configuration thing on the PokerTracker website, and TableNinja seemed to be working fine. I got up to 17 tables, testing it out at 2NL today. Played for 45 minutes with everything running perfectly. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the custom layout, but I just moved the tables to where I wanted them and got on with it.

At the end of that session I fiddled with the custom layout settings, and the re-buy settings on TN2 and on the PokerStars client, and suddenly it just stopped working? The tables don't highlight red, the bet sizes aren't put in, the hotkeys don't work - nothing! I changed back everything, I went back through the user guide from scratch, and I then uninstalled and redownlaoded the software. I'm not sure if this uninstall worked properly though, as all my preferences/hotkeys/bets etc. were remembered after I restarted my computer and opened up TableNinja again.

If anyone could help me get it working again I'd really appreciate it please! I just paid $10 straight off the bat for it - not realising there was a 30 day trial. At the minute it looks like I'll be asking for the $10 back. Thanks in advance!

To rule out a corrupt config file Close TN2 and go to the following location C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\TableNinja.v2

Move the following file to your desktop keys_user.txt, make sure you move it and not just copy and paste

Then restart TN2 this will require you to go through the setup wizard, just click next for everything for now>

When TN2 starts see if it now works if so then setup your configuration again and see if it still works.

So I've sent all the logs and screenshots to you. I had to move the keys_user file to my local drive, as there was only the option to copy it to my desktop - not move it - and I didn't know if that would make a difference.

In any event when I restarted TableNinja it asked me for some basic preferences, and all of my hotkeys etc. were gone. Unfortunately, though, it didn't fix the problem. I opened up a table and there's still no bet sizing, table ring etc. etc.

Any other potential solutions please? If not, do you have any idea how long it usually takes to sort problems like this via the email route that I've taken? I'm burning money by having this on my Desktop and not being able to use it, and I'd already failed to notice the 30 day trial, so wasted $10 already

Basically I want to use default bets on all non-stars sites, and then on Stars for SNG/MTT but not at all for cash games.

Currently I think I've solved it to just work for SNG/MTT only by using the istournament filter and leaving anything without that filter blank.

I guess when site selection is live that'll be good for cash games on other sites while still leaving PS alone.

Any ETA on the default slots 9-16?

Anyone else having an issue with Xpadder? Got up to grind today and when I click a button nothing happens. When I click a button it highlights in xpadder tho so assuming the problem is TN related?

EDIT: I have a save last HH hotkey setup and that still works fine. Any ideas?
