slot setup is super simple. its just my main stack of tables and then i have 1slot under the stack which I use to set tables aside, im usually using this to watch All ins, but if I have action and im moving the table there, I am not able to handle actions on my other tables.

The Stars lobby and the SNG filter screen that comes up when you are running sensei.

The name of the SNG you are searching for should be what it shows in the "Game" column in Stars' lobby.

Just moved from TN1. It actually shocks me how terrible TN2 is. If you're going to do a money grab, at least make sure the new program you're forcing us to use isn't complete garbage.

TN2 crashed after installing and is one of the worst pieces of poker software I've ever seen. Literally upon startup it is dragging all of my Stars windows to the very top left corner at the smallest window resolution available. Every time I try to stack bigger, it's overrided by your terrible program settings.

In an ideal world you would lose all of your business and a new company would step in to offer a program like TN1.

"Please go to table control > click on the edit tab > a new window will open called Layout Editor > In the section Use these Monitors for laying out of tables > disable the monitor you don't use for Poker tables.

Once you have that done, In the same window Layout Editor click on edit again, A display window will appear move that display window to the monitor you do use and set up your layout, click save and ok."

this is the fix for my issue? how does having to set up my own layout because your program decides to mess everything up right out of the box improve my user experience?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear you are having these issues, However when you first installed TN2 and choose stack or what ever layout on the setup wizard this will use the default table size etc, If you do not like the layout or the size of the tables then you can change them using them steps you mentioned above, Or you can choose layout None.

If this is not working for you please let us know.

Just gave up on TN2 again... TN1 is faster, no HM2 lags, no PC freezes, no betsize errors, table redraw errors, etc etc.

so disappointing, TN2 is a great product in theory.

And I see TN1 support ends today, Wp.

Hi YugiohPro,

I'm guessing you chose the Stack layout for your tables? By default, it will stack your tables in the left corner.

When you want to change the size/position of the tables, you should click "Rearrange" - at that point, we'll show a slot with how the tables will look like (and where they are placed) - so you can drag that slot wherever you wish.

Having said that, it all depends on how you want us to lay your tables. If you want to manually resize tables, just select Layout = none.

PS. In case you experience some lags, I recommend you update to 2.3.62 (go to Setup, click "I want Beta Updates", and restart TN)

Best,
John

Hi Nick,

1. It's weird that you stil experience lags with the latest version - we've tweaked some settings to make TN2 even faster - they are in [BETA] for now (Setup >> Optimizations). Just tweaking "Scrape pot in another thread" should bring quite a bit of improvements (needs TN2 restart)

2. We fixed the table redraw errors - they will be available in the next release.

3. About PC freezes - you said in an email that a lot of system errors come from Postgres - I want to take a look at them - perhaps updating postgres will fix all that.

Best,
John

The "click I'm back" setting also presses the "I'm Ready" button for MTSNGs when you are on a final table and hit a sync break. Remembering to turn this option off at 54 mins past is the only way around it I see at the moment which obviously sucks pretty hard.
now this is good (and really replying to everyone who posted on this issue)...they still don't seem to be getting it over there or they just don't want to address the issue and are giving me (us) the run around and really I hope it is the run around, haha...smh...

Thanks for the help. I've fiddled around a bit more with TN2 and I just want to say that TN1 is just objectively a much better program than TN2.

I don't want fancy new stacking and the input lags that TN2 creates. I just want hotkeys to register, predefined bet sizings, and the quick responsiveness of hotkeys of TN1.

I have turned on the Beta screen scrape feature and the input lag is still present and highly annoying.

1. Isn't there a strong demand for continued updates of TN1? Can you guys just keep updating TN1 and charge us a fee or something?

2. If this isn't possible, can you please tell me how to just change the "Stack" command into the "stack tables ctrl + 8" command on Pokerstars? I don't want the TN2 stack. Sometimes, I might want to stack my windows outside of the defined TN2 zone!

3. Can you tell me how to set up predefined preflop bet sizings like in TN1? The Sit n Go Betting section.

Hi Ray,

Sorry about the "I'm back" / "I'm Ready" issue - we somehow missed it in the forums. Since you reported it before the TN1 EOL, we will certainly fix it. It's not an easy fix though - so it might take a couple of days - but we'll have it done.

Best,
John

Hi,

Please note that computing the position is not 100% accurate - because of how PS/FT/PP save the hand histories (they don't always write everything - like, people joining/leaving). We've gotten it around 95% accurate - we want to make this clear to everybody before we allow "opening size based on position" - once we get the messaging right + there are a few things we still need to test, we should have this live.

While we don't have an ETA, I assume 2-3 weeks.

Best,
John

Hi YugiohPro,

1a. TN2 should be waay faster than TN1. As we've said a few times before, on some computers, you might experience lags because of your antivirus or some programs you have installed or a combination thereof.
Have you taken a look at this: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...virus+Software ?
Do you have TN2 2.3.62 installed?

1b. Having said the above . . . you clearly are having an issue and I am going to help you get it solved. In all likelihood it is an external factor but that doesn't matter . . . if you are willing to work with us in providing more details . . . we will undertake to solve this for you. We've worked hard lately to allow us to see the bottlenecks TN2 experiences on your computer .

2. If you want to use Stack from Pokerstars, simply don't have any Ctrl-8 hotkey in TN2. This way, when you press Ctrl-8, it will be read by Pokerstars, and PS's stacking will happen
(again, please let me reiterate that you should not experience any lags)

3. This is in Betting section.
Normally this should be auto-imported from TN1 - if you have TN1 installed at the regular location, we should auto-import your TN1 config. Otherwise, you should be able to import it manually: Setup >> Beta/Contig >> Import from v1
Please let us know if this worked for you.

Best,
John

When two or more tables need action, whenever i click my mouse button outside the table it brings tables to foreground like its using my mouseclick as a cycle....

Im so frustrated with this TN2 thing never working correctly!!!

Also "Bring it to top just behind the active application dosnt work. Table keeps getting down in the stack, not poping up?????????????????

FFS, please dont take us as betahostages any longer....

I've used Tableninja 1 for about 3 years and it worked great , truly don't understand how you could do this to your customers .

I used it for just a few things : sit back in / auto click timebank + hotkeys
Could you give me even just 1 reason why I should spend more $ per year than I've paid for the past 3 years on an inferior product that seems to have a lot of bugs?

Stars implemented hotkeys and there are some scripts out there that timebank/sit back in.

This is why I refuse to buy TN2 , i would however be willing to pay a yearly fee of about $10-15 along with probably many others to keep using TN1. Some people just like simplicity , this is also why I use Holdem Manager 1 despite having bought Holdem Manager 2 not too long ago.

Hi McKrogh

I have just tested both of your issues and for me both are ok, It maybe because we are both using different settings. So can you send me you log file and I will look into it.

1) I opened 6 tables and when two required action i clicked on the desktop and nothing happened tables did not change this was using TIF and Pokerstars

2) I have enabled bring it to the top just behind the active application, The table will not come to the foreground if you have this enabled you need to click cycle to first in line in order for the active table to come to the front of the application.

In any case please email me your log file so i can test using your exact settings.
