Another question....I saw you mention that TN2 works w some of the ipoker skins and not others. Does it work w Boylesroom?

It depends on the table theme, Once you open Ipoker follow the instructions that TN2 gives then take the screenshots of the table that it requires, if you get a successful message after taking the screenshots then TN2 works on That site, If you don't get a successful message it can be because the shots were not taking correctly or we don't work on that theme but in anycase if you don't get a successful message contact me at support@tableninja.com with the screenshots you took and ill let you know if they were done correctly or not.

I hope you are aware that sometimes time bank dosen't work at pokerstars.com and people go sit out. I am always restarting TN2 and his frustrating and tilting!!!
Please, fix the damm blinking too in pokerstars when people use multy-stack! TIRED OF THIS!!!!

Don't know why, but the quote is not showing: this concerns the tiling behavior of TN2/new tables opening so that first all of the tables already open reorder filling the empty slots and then new table opens as the last one:

Just to let you know that this makes the program absolutely unusable. I had a HUGE number of misclicks because of the jumping tables. Tables jumping around at random times (well, when another table opens and that is random when you're playing) absolutely guarantees misclicks. And if anything, TN is supposed to help multitabling. I'm willing to bet that the developer never plays tiled - that is just about the only explanation I have for this strange decision in development.
In addition to that - when tiled, and with all slots full, if I bust out of a tournament, and another one opens around that time, all tables jump at once and create an absolutely crazy layout that makes no sense at all.
Third, is there an option to first fill one monitor, and only then the next one? Again, I have never met a player who wants to have 4 tables scattered around two monitors - and that's what happens when a session starts or nears the end.

TN2 is seriously tilting. And that's a really bad thing for a poker software.

I had this option on by default, I will see tomorrow how it goes without it. I will only change version if the problems are software based, not user based like probably here

2nd session report, I understand why you put "There is action at another table then if you manually click on table B and table A needs action then table A will steal focus" on by default...

Cycle to 1st in line was my savior today, because tn2 did a poor job at doing it. I oftently had tables needing attention 1st in line with purple frame (default colors) and hot keys not working.. If I input my decision with my the mouse, the next table needing attention had the purple frame and hotkeys not working. Sitout a few times because the table didnt popup. I didnt have that problem with tn1. I dont like the "There is action at a.......will steal focus", and without it adds bigger problems. My limited exp with tn2 makes me feel you fix a problem by creating another. And right now my tn2 experience is less enjoyable than with tn1.

Honestly guys, what do I risk using tn1? Can anybody tell me if I will be ok untill I SEE changes in the pokerstar visual? Any answers would be appreciated.

No as nobody else reported this, however i will do some testing myself and see if i can reproduce, in the even that i am unable to we will need your log file Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

Probably a noobie question here but I just started using TN2 a couple days ago. I use 2 monitors, and I like to keep tables where im sitting alone waiting on one monitor, and tables where I have active games on the other. The problem is when I use a custom layout, it keeps bringing the tables where I'm alone waiting to my "playing" monitor where the "layout" is, like I'll click and drag to "waiting" monitor and it will insta snap another table back into the layout spot on the "playing monitor, help?

I already talked to john. I have recorded a video for him in which the problem happens non stop, he saw it and knows what is going on now. I've sent the logs too but I think the video helped better.
After a long session time bank stops working a few times and the only way of making it work again is restarting TN2, that is not acceptable. I don't play 10 tables, I play 50 tables at the same time so TN2 should handle this.
Last, I don't know why I am getting all the time the warning "TN2 is taking more than usual from your CPU usage" or something. My CPU has enough to handle pokertracker 4, TN2 and pokerstars because he is a quad duo with 8 GB of memory, I guess is not enough... I disabled this warning because I was tired of getting him.

I'm not sure how long you'll be okay but you can still use TN1. I am using TN1 until I no longer can then moving onto something else. Wish they would just offer a subscription for TN1 but they dodge this request most likely because lifetime upgrades were promised for TN1 for a onetime price so they probably just couldn't legally. Maybe they could repackage TN1 as TN1+ with a tweak or two and get subscription fees that way? Pretty ludicrous that they dropped support for TN1 which they promised not to do until TN2 was a finished product which it clearly still isn't.

Do you run stars without the updater? I play on an older stars version in order to keep TN1 viable for as long as possible (the client will eventually force you to update, though). The new version of stars will more or less kill TN1 I guess.

I open stars every other day which will auto update me. So far no problems.

Please go to table control > layout tab
Then select custom layout from the drop down and then click edit
A new window will open in that window you can choose which Monitor to enable and disable, Please enable ONLY the monitor you use for playing.

Then in the table control tab > set table aside you can set up table aside slots and send those tables where you are waiting to the other monitor.

Let me know if this is what you wanted.

Thanks for the update, I understand this is frustrating for you, If you have already notified John on this and he knows what is causing the issue i am sure he will have it resolved as soon as possible.

We understand that it is frustrating when you feel that something unfair has happened. We always tried to be as clear as possible on the TableNinja website that:
1. We reserve the right to release a new product and to charge for that product.
2. We are in no way obligated to release updates to TN1. And therefore the Infinite License entitles you to receive any TN1 updates that happen to be released.

In addition, this is a standard policy for software as any other policy would not be a viable business model -- i.e. if buying TableNinja1 let you automatically own any other software we make in the future for free.

Over the years we’ve updated TableNinja 1 hundreds of times, but we needed to create TableNinja 2 from the ground up to be able to do things that simply aren’t possible with the TableNinja 1 code base. As a business we must make decisions that keep us viable, and TableNinja 2 has been a major investment designed to ensure that we can continue to provide a great multitabling experience to our customers for years to come.

I think I understand the feature. But its different from my tn1 experience. And if I dont put it on, the table focus during table cycling becomes a mess. So I feel forced to put it back on. Straying away from my tn1 exp. Thats my problem.

No one is asking to own any piece of software that you guys produce in the future and we understand your rights to stop production of TN1. Plenty of pleas to repackage TN1 into a monthly subscription fee. We are begging you to let us pay you just to continue to update software that is already done. I think you guys are misreading the market, most of us don't care about the new things that just aren't possible without the TN2 code base and just want simple effective software. There is a lot of frustration when people do this for a living and you take a program away from them that by a lot of counts was the #1 must have program to mass table. I would have a guess that some of those that have switched over to TN2 have done so begrudgingly.

I saw it update again without my consent!!! What can I do to stop this? I dont trust updates. I prefer reading about other beta testers exp and then decide if I want it.

Alright, but it's possible to run the client without receiving the auto updates by using PokerStars.exe instead of PokerStarsUpdate.exe (in case you guys didn't know.)

Doing it this way will prevent any further updates from stars messing with TN1's functionality, but an update will eventually be forced upon you (red popup which disables you from operating in the stars lobby til you press it, may appear while playing - tables unaffected).

I have dealt with the popup once, having played on older versions for several months a couple of times.

Just a FYI if you plan to desperately cling on to TN1!

My tn preflop 3bet is ****ed for stars. I had it working fine then reinstalled table ninja and now its just messed up. I cant even understand it

I need the 3bet % tp be a percentage of my opponents raise which is what is used to be. Now for some reason it has changed to % of pot. SOMEHELP PLEAASSEE

I couldnt find it today to put it back on. I tried to find it without luck. I'd swear it was the 3rd one in the last window of the advance poping up tables options. Not sure, and the forced update adds another variable to complexify the equation. The play feeling changed for sure with me changing 0 options. And this 3rd option on was worst today..

To generalise the problem, if you manually interrupt the table cycling, click on another app, you sometimes dont get the red frame. Send a command with the mouse on a purple framed table, the 2nd table pops up with the purple frame. Hotkeys command are off until you press jump to 1st table in line. Then table cycling goes smoothly.

This forced update canceled the 1st table pops up on top of anything. I would only get a purple frame poping through and needed to press jump to 1st in line to see and input command. And im totally lost as to how to have it back like before.

This forced update with playing difference is just wrong. And yes today the focus changed after I moved a table and a major f?%* happened. Im sure it was random, because I lost a lot of concentration and time trying to set tn2 as I played early session today. I didnt expect the forced update to change my play feeling. And yes the focus would stay on the moved table with another table 1st in line waiting. I tested this precisely. Maybe, well probably, other factors interfers. I had a few tables waitng for command when the major f*?$ happened.

And another problem, my preset preflop bet is set at 2bb. Randomly tn2 types 3bb. I dont understand when and why it happens.
