With the new beta update, TN2 stopped recognizing 888 tables.

I know the hot keys didnt work before, but I was able to use them in my layout.

I went and set the HH folders for 888 and WSOP as they were cleared but it didnt help.

We have tested this and tables are recognized make sure you didn't disable it in the setup tab.

On pokerstars when the action is on me and i use my fold hotkey, it is minimizing the table and I have to re tile quickly to bring them back. Only on pokerstars. Any ideas? Thanks.

I am unable to reproduce this issue, Are you using any other program other than TN2 and your poker client?

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.

v.2.3.15, ninja layout:

Tables movement: Everything works perfect except when I check using the fold hotkey in a table that is out from the stack that it returns to the stack and it shouldn't. For example: I'm on BB, there are some limpers and I check preflop -> table moves out from the stack. When I check on the flop is moved back.

Interaction with HM2: After some sngs played, if I try to refresh actual sesión graph it last some seconds (as always, it is normal), during that time TN2 freezes, hotkeys and frames don't work.

Then it usually start working again but yesterday after a freezing only hotkeys cameback, frames didn't work. I closed TN2 and open it again and the problem wasn't fixed. I looked on TN2 settings and frame weren't reset, so everything was ok there.

Ninja vision: After closing it, it was impossible to make it appear again.

1) Tables Movement - Are you using PS popping up of tables or are you using TN2? Please update to 2.3.19 go to the setup tab > enable i want latest beta, if you are using PS popping up of tables we recommend you don't use Ninja Tile we suggest you use TN2 popping up of tables if you want to use Ninja Tile.

2) Do you have Ninja Vision open when doing this? If so update to 2.3.19 and enable 'Beta Scrape player' option in the table control > Ninja Vision

3) When you close the window this means you need to enable it again, To do this go to the table control tab > Ninja Vision > Ninja Vision Behaviour > enable one of the docks you want to use.

I use TN2 popping up.

Last version: Mouse right click doesn't work as a hotkey.

What are you using right mouse click as? I have it for fold and it works for me, I have also tried it for advance fold and it works

I double checked and everything is setup as it was - I think.

WSOP is actually working, but 888 is not.

Is there something I need to do so that they both work at the same time?

I believe 888 is recognized as Pacific, but Pacific is only listed once in the list of sites/themes. I am sure that the HH file properly setup.

I have it for fold, but have changed it and set it for bet and it was the same, didn't work. Keyboard hotkeys work fine.

1. Is there a way to have tableninja 1 do different preflop sizing bets for different types of tournaments? For example for 180 mans, have it set to 2.2x preflop raise but for tournamnets have it set to 2.5x starting at a certain level or is that not possible?


2. Also when i register for 180 mans to register for it, everytime i have to click save, then test. Once i do this everytime pokerstars filter comes up and then i dont see 180 mans for the 8s and 15s. I would have do click save then test again and then i would see the 8s and 15s and then i click start... then it would auto register the target number. Is that suppose to happen everytime? For example when i open TN and stars up, then click save then test then click start... i wont be registering for anything b/c it wont show the 8s or 15s in the lobby and i basically have to do the save test again twice everytime?


3. Also is there a way to autoregister different stakes of 180 mans? For example is it possible to autoregister say 15 tables of $8s and $15 and 3.50 rebuys or is that not possible? Because 3.50 rebuys are under low and 8s and 15s are under low. Because when i register for these games, i just go and manually register the 3.50s first, i register 1 then wait, then use tn to autoregister the 8s and 15s, then once a 3.50 rebuy pops up, i would click on that arrow button on the stars table to register for similar tournament thus another 3.50... which means i manually register for a 3.50 everytime but 8s and 15s i dont.

4. Another question i have is this. When i use TN1 to autoregister for 8s and 15s say its registering. If i would then click on another tab such as click on medium stakes multitables which would be 60s and 35s 180 mans, or if i click on micro stakes multitables, that would be 3.50 rebuy, 2.50 turbo and 0.50 turbo or if i click on mtt tournaments and have that on the lobby while TN1 is registering the 8s and 15s... it would register all the tournaments that are shown in the lobby. Is this normal? For example say tn is registering 8s and 15s, then i decide to click other lobby such as micro.. it would register me for 3.50, 2.50 and 0.50. Last time i clicked on mtt and then i got registered to a bunch of mtt that i did not mean to sign up for. Is there a reason this happens?


5. Im really confused at the lines for sit and go opener. First line i post $8 180 Turbo but when i autoregisters, it registers 8s and 15s. It basically registers whatever i have on the pokerstars lobby that is available for registration. Is that normal? Because if so... then whats the point of the other lines? I want to be able to register 8s, 15s and 3.50 rebuys but i have no clue how to do this. I mean can you test 3 of these things and then start? Because i basically had to manually register 3.50 rebuy by clicking on arrow on table and not go to lobby to register b/c if i do.... TN would autoregister me for 3.50, 2.50 and the 0.50 then i would have to unregister the lower ones...

There are no plans for a MAC version at this time. We continue to consider the possibility of releasing a Mac version. However, we have no time frame on when a decision will be made or when a TN2 for the Mac would be available.

Is aero still required? If so this is a disgusting decision and I will no longer be purchasing any products affiliated with this brand anymore, since you do not earn a monthly fee off of me currently that is the only recourse I have. Just let us pay a monthly fee for Tn1
