At this point TN still wants to reg me but there are no open lobbies, only the ones i'm currently in.

I have the seconds between cycles set to 0 though, since it is completely random how long it takes for me to get action, but i need it to register as soon as i get action.

TableNinja doesn't know the difference between an open game and one you have already registered for. I'm afraid I can't think of a way for you to keep registering constantly but prevent the Sensei from targeting games you've already in.

Try going to TableNinja>Annoyances and disable the box marked "Automatically Handle Big Blind Annoyances".

1. TN does not recognize my PS theme

2. TN cannot detect my PS settings folder (it does not show any path; when I try to detect it mannually I cannot find the folder shown after clicking ps>help>open my settings folder)

I'm not sure if .eu is still using the old client. Try going to PokerStars>Help>About PokerStars. If the version listed is 5.429 or higher you'll want the latest version of TableNinja not the .999 re-release. Once you have the right version installed let me know if your still having trouble with default bets.

Please email support@alxsoftware.com from the email address you used when you purchased TableNinja. I'll check over your account and setup a refund if you qualify.

According to my client .eu is using 5.491 version. How am I suppose to return to old TN version?

For that version of Stars you should use the regular release of TableNinja. You can download a copy here:

http://tableninja.com/downloads.php

You'll need to uninstall the copy you have and then install a new one from the link above.

It's not necessarily on the first hand of the tournament. Just that when I'm facing an all in, the table sometimes won't come to the front when called using the "cycle" hotkey.

If you can get a screenshot of the table when this happens it may help determine the cause. In the other instance the table was different and didn't trigger TableNinja's detection process. Also please send your TNLog files from a day when it happens to support@alxsoftware.com.

The server is up and accepting connections. Are you using some sort of proxy? Please give the following a try:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

3) Try to open TableNinja again.

Do you have another PC you are able to test? Are you connecting through a router? If so try resetting it. The server hasn't reported any downtime but its always possible there is a problem with a hub somewhere that would prevent some people from connecting. Have you recently installed any new antivirus or firewall software?

TN crashed on me twice today with MS .Net Framework errors , and at one point the break feature seemed to have gone berserk on me. I thought I might have pressed my hotkey accidentally but pressing it again changed nothing.

Closing TN didn't fix the issue until I closed it a 2nd time.

Of course this happened 3 handed in a 3.50 RB FT with 16k/32K blinds and QQ

Did your gamepad go into sleep mode? There is currently a problem with gamepads and some bluetooth keyboards causing TableNinja to crash if they sleep. It seems to be caused by the Microsoft drivers we're using to support them. I don't have a solution at the moment but either unplugging the gamepad from the PC or using it so it stays powered should solve it for now.

A couple of things that are pretty annoying:
  • Do we really need to restart after every update? Pretty tilting.
  • After updating the shortcut I have pinned to my taskbard/quick launch always becomes invalid and I have to delete it then re-enter it. Can this be fixed?

Just to be another voice in here for the HUSNG players, I'd definitely buy TableNinja if there were enough available options for HUSNG players, primarily auto-registering empty lobbies only.

I'm not sure if there is actually a way of doing it already since I've seen this type of comments around but without any kind of instructions on how to get this done:

Id snap buy it if i knew how to use it lol
Edit in the hopes to eventually get some updates for us:

I'll test it out and let you know what I find out..if others haven't already.
If this type of feature could be implemented on TableNinja I'm pretty sure there would be at least a decent amount of players interested in getting a license.

I'm not sure either of these behaviors can be changed. When you install an update for TableNinja its overwriting the old copy. You will have to close the copy you have or run the risk of something being corrupted by the process. It may be possible to leave the shortcut but I'm not sure. I'll mention the idea to the developers.

At the moment this isn't possible. We might be able to do something with a future update though I can't really say. I'll be happy to mention the idea to the developers though.

Hey,

whenever I'm busting a tournament when stacking tables, the focus jumps to a random table not in need of action - known issue?

This did not occur when I had stars closing all finished tournaments fwiw, but that feature messed up my sng sensei table amount count.

Thanks!

I'm afraid this is how things currently work. When Stars isn't set to auto close tables finished tables pop to the foreground. TableNinja closes them but they do flash to the front temporarily. You can adjust the timing of the "Automatically close finished tournaments after 'X' seconds" though. Everyone's PC and connection will be a bit different. Zero seconds won't work for anyone but somewhere between .1 and 2 seconds should work for most people.

Alright, is it possible to have stars closing the finished tournies without sensei not acknowledging that certain tournies are finished?
^Resulting in too many tournaments being shown as currently registered.

Thanks again!

Is there a way to use TN for the pokerstars.com and the .fr-client in the same time? Would be great, if you could add this.

Unfortunately not. When Stars closes a table they don't record that the game finished in your PokerStars.log file. This causes the Sensei to lose count. Setting TableNinja to close games instantly will cause the same problem. You'll need to have TableNinja close the games and allow it enough of a delay that there is time to write to the .log file.

From what I understand this will require a second version of TableNinja to be written for each regional client. We may do this in the future but its not currently under development. For now you can have both Stars.com and .fr open at the same time but TableNinja will only work for one of them.

Hi

Currently my TN stops working as soon as I open stars.fr (when I've been using it on .com). I'm not concerned about it working on both as I dont play many tournaments on .fr, but it is extremely annoying to have it stop working on .com. How do I fix this?

Are you stacking/overlapping tables in XP? Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Usually this means you have an incorrectly set PokerStars settings folder in TableNinja>Setup. You can find the correct path by going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder. You may need to use the "..." button in TableNinja to navigate to the folder manually. Once its set thought the display should work.

I'm unable to reproduce this. We recently released a fix that should have resolved this problem and I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working for you. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:
