Aside from some really slow updates and a really amazing lack of support for the Nova theme - which seems most likely the #1 request - the way "fool" has been conducting himself in this forum is really annoying and sad. There are people who paid for a product (some even willing to pay more for additional support) who are now being mocked by this guy, repeatedly. It's very insulting to read.

Fool, I don't mean to personally attack you but you are the rep on here for TN and you have been rubbing quite a few people the wrong way lately. I hope you'll see this and maybe start to work with your customers a little bit more.

I'm afraid there is nothing I can personally do with feature requests. I have no intention of mocking anyone but I also don't have any announcements to make at this time. If support for a new theme is added it will be announced with the update as usual. Please post a description of anything you would like to have implemented in the thread below and it will be considered:

For more in depth support please email support@alxsoftware.com.

I don't personally need Nova support, I just think it's hilarious your "team" (I'm socked if there is more than 1 or 2 guys doing any kind of development work) hasn't supported it or even addressed it besides your "i'll pass it on to our development team" line.

Stop trying to give the illusion that TN is some fortune 500 company, start being civil with people and talk to them like you're a human being. "sorry guys but we haven't been able to provide an update with nova support because steve is busy with homework" is better than "i will forward it to our development team" when it's obvious that all 4 guys that work on TN are aware that most of their customers really want the feature.

I don't need to post a description of what I want or e-mail your "support team". You all are well aware of what your customers want.

I wouldn't care if you said "guys we don't feel like adding nova support" but you're giving everyone this BS and coming off like a real prick and it's really annoying.

We do not announce coming features in advance. Any feature announcements would be made at the time the update is released. The most I will ever say about any feature request is thank you. We do not currently support the Nova theme.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

I'm concerned about a few things. When a few us requested the removal of forced updates we were given the " I'll pass it on to the developers line " but later in the thread it was mentioned TN won't support multiple versions of their software which would seem to indicate that the removal of the forced update will never happen.

And like I mentioned above , there's nothing more annoying than to be asked the same questions multiple times , questions which you've already responded to.

After being asked on two occasions if I used Wi-fi , and providing all the files Fool8 requested , when we started a skype session the 1st thing I was asked if I was using Wi-fi.

Pretty much every company out there creates trouble tickets for customers' technical issues it seems , besides Table Ninja. It's incredibly frustrating and does demonstrate their lack of organization in logging customers' technical problems and addressing them properly.

You don't even need to invest in a "trouble ticket" software. Notepad can do the job but it seems they aren't even doing that much. Very disappointing.

We have a ticket system attached to support@alxsoftware.com. The forums are a starting place where most common problems (such as the SnG counting issue) are solved without ever opening a ticket. If the problem isn't solved it is escalated to support@alxsoftware.com and a ticket is created.

Currently we only support one version at a time. Unless something changes you will not be able to rollback to a previous version.

Well , my issue regarding the current number listed next to each game usually exceeding the correct "currently registered" number has been ongoing for a while , and even during the skype session it seemed you had no prior info logged concerning my issue.

I don't care about rolling back to previous versions , I just want to refuse to update if possible. Not sure if you guys consider that the same thing.

I've uninstalled both Stars and TN and will get back to you if the problems I have regarding the current number issue and the complete lack of double auto rebuy functioning have been resolved in any way.

If they aren't , please go through this escalation process. No idea how a month long problem could not have been escalated by now. And if I'm asked one more time if I'm on Wi-Fi I think I'm going to smash something.

The most common cause of the problem you are reporting is a slower wifi connection. I start every post regarding this issue with that question unless I read it in a previous email or quote. If the re-install doesn't fix it please email support@alxsoftware.com and I'll see what I can do.

Is there any plan for a stack-and-tile-like feature? This would be great.

Reinstall of PStars and TN had no effect. Double auto-rebuy still not functional at all.

And during this session , with a target # of 3 set for 15$ 180's , 2 actually running and a 3rd registered for , the number displayed for current number was 4.

Please email support@alxsoftware.com with your 2+2 name in the message and I'll see what I can do.

One more example of disorganization and inefficiency on the part of the TN "team".

When I first reported this issue you requested I send you an email with the files you requested along with screenshots and now I'm being asked to send you guys another email just so that you have my 2p2 username ?

What does it take for you guys to record your customers' problems in a file of some kind ? 2 months of forum posts ?

This is getting ridiculous.

I cannot look up previous tickets using your 2+2 name in our system and I haven't memorized your email address. Please send the information I need or your likely to waste more time while I try to figure out who you are.

Stack and tile is not supported and has not been tested for compatibility at this time. We have had requests for the feature in the past but I'm afraid its not currently under development.

I sent you the mail at the same time I made that post.

You should be the last person to make comments concerning wasting people's time.

I think I've already spent 20 minutes in the past responding to questions posed by you that I already answered.

Nova theme support -- Beta

Hey guys,

We've started testing a new version of TableNinja that adds support for the Nova green theme. I don't have an ETA for release yet as the build is still in beta but it will be made available as soon as possible. The other variations of the Nova theme should follow shortly after. Thanks for your patience.

I want my tables to open in my "stack" but they keep opening in different places so I have to press my stack tables button for every new table. Is there any way to fix this ?

You can setup a layout in Stars. You can find instructions for doing so here:

I seem to have to click the 'First in Line' hotkey 1-2x everytime I make a decision on a table, its getting really annoying. I even turned off frames but still does the same thing. Maybe I disabled/changed something, any ideas?
