does this have a counter? where it counts the time u spend on a hand so u wont give off timing tells?

Is this downloadable anywhere? The site still has 1.2.24.0 active and I'm keen to upgrade with the Win7 fix.

i run a macbook pro but i have windows xp on it and can run XP in parallels. since there is no table ninja for mac (please make one!) do you know if i can use TN in windows while using the pokerstars mac client?

I just got a new computer and I can't find my serial code anywhere to install the sofware in full, I have 2 email addresses and it seems neither of them is recognised, please help.

There was a problem in the update that was causing it to crash on machines with very old versions of the .NET framework so we removed it. We have fixed this bug and released 1.2.31.0 which is available on our web site now.

I saw your PM, I'll figure this out and get you your code within an hour or two, we're in the midst of launching an update so things are a bit hectic

I'm excited to say that TableNinja Version 1.2.31.0 has been released.

This update is designed to fix a problem in 1.2.29.0 that caused TableNinja to crash at startup for users with very old versions of the .NET framework. This update has all the new features of version 1.2.29.0. along with a fix for that bug.

Hi. I posted about a month ago with an issue I was having regarding table ninja calling random all ins at NLHE on Pokerstars. I was told that it was likely because I was using a very old computer (I was), and that I should start using the left middle and right hotkeys (I did).

Since then I've bought a new computer, and am using your recommended settings. However, the issue is still occurring. At first I thought it might be that I was double tapping the call button, however I am now positive that is not what is occurring, as table ninja has on multiple occasions called all ins when I have not even touched my keyboard in over 20 seconds.

What usually seems to happen is the following. When I am behind someone on the table and they shove all in, I call. It seems to happen most often when I am still in the process of opening waitlisted tables with tableninja. I know that this has happened on over 15 separate occasions, including twice today. Who knows how many more times it has happened where I have not noticed. I need a solution to this, this problem has already cost me quite a bit more than the software itself cost, and obviously at this point the cost far outweighs the benefits. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I just looked again at my pokertracker hands and think I see where the issue is happening. I've gone through my last 100k or so hands, sorting by all ins and lost, so I might be missing some where I've won. I've found 5 times that it happened so far, in every single case I was in the cutoff or hijack and had posted a blind, which means I had just joined the table on the button or in the sb slot and clicked autopost, posting after the button passed me. Each time, someone in front of me raised all in and table ninja called with nonsense cards. Hope this helps in figuring out the issue. Need to leave the house, but will look through the rest of hands later and see if this trend continues.

Hmm, if your manually posting your blinds out of position and handle big blind annoyances is on and you get shoved on the first hand at the table that actually might cause the problem you're describing. The "Automatically handle Big Blind Annoyances" is not designed to have you manually posting the blind OOP.

Can you try either disabling "Automatically handle Big Blind Annoyances" on the Annoyances tab?

I'm pretty sure that should fix things.

So today I load up table ninja and asks me if I want to install the update. I press ok and it downloads. Then it asks me would I like to repair or remove table ninja. I press repair and click finish. It then says table ninja is being installed and once done I press close. It then says table ninja is loading and a pop up asks me if I want to Install Update???? The cycle keeps going on.

Hmm, no one else has reported this problem so I'm not sure what could be happening.

Can you please try updating manually by downloading and installing the latest version from our website here: http://tableninja.com/downloads.php.

Your configuration will not be affected by uninstalling and reinstalling.

Hey Tarath, I found a couple of instances going further back where the issue occurred while in the BB, but I'm thinking in these cases I might have just accidentally clicked call like an idiot, b/c I know I've done that a few times. I do have the handle Big Blind Annoyances clicked on right now, I'll try turning that off and see if it fixes things. If it doesn't I'll send over the logs, unless you'd like me to send them anyways, in which case just let me know. Thanks for the quick responses, I really appreciate them.

Featue request: would it be possible in a futue update to assign a hotkey to click the small notes box that brings up the drop down to select the color for that player? That way I could just arrow down and hit enter, then space or w/e, and villain is color coded. Could be a very useful feature for megatablers imo.

I have a problem with TableNinja when I have HEM HUD running while 16 tabling stacked.
Sometimes the preflop default bets dont raise the what I have it set at.
For example, I have it set at 3BB + 1BB per limper and every now and then it would just not work at all and it would minraise instead of making it 3X the BB, this usually happens when the Pot Box Covered warning appears, eventhough I dont have my HUD stats near the pot box on the table.

Also, the Automatically click "I'm Back" for cash games (never sit out) annoyance has a bug. When I obseve a full table, it would automatically join the waiting list. Probably has to do with the "I'm Back" and "Join Waiting List" buttons being in the same location.

I'll need to look into this but I think it ought to be possible.

If the Pot Box Covered warning appears it can mean that due to random lag the table did not pop up properly and thus TableNinja could not read the pot-size. Unfortunately when this happens you will need to reset the bet amount. You can make a limper bet hotkey that bets 3x+1BB that you can use in this case. Also if you are in Vista or Win7 if you switch into an "Aero" Windows Theme this problem will never occur.

You are correct about the "I'm Back" for cash games. I'll take a look at this, but it may be a very difficult issue to fix.

Ok glad to hear it. My guess is that the 'Handle BB Annoyances' combined with posting out of position is 100% the issue and that you shouldn't have any problems any more. Keep me posted.

straight an simple, why is my pot betting not working? the pot box outline is colored in red and stating "dont cover this" however, nothing is over it or covering it.

I have a plain all black background.

Getting an unhandled exception error every time I try to import or save a config file. wtf?

If you're background is actually completely black this could cause this type of problem. Can you please try using a default background to see if that fixes the issue?

If it does you should be able to use a background that is very very dark but not 100% black. If you play around in paint and make a color that's like 245/245/245 that should work.

When the exception occurs can you please click details and then email the "exception text" to support@alxsoftware.com?

Can you also try renaming your TNConfigAutoLoad file and loading TN and going through the initial setup process again and seeing if that fixes the problem.

Scroll wheel bet sizing seems to go slower since the last patch. My mouse has a very fast free-spinning scroll wheel (Logitech G9x) which allowed me to change my bet size from 1bb to 100bb incredibly fast. Since the last patch though it's just kinda clunking along, much slower.

Anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

I've been having a problem with Stars tables sometimes not appearing correctly. I've got my tables stacked and remnants of a table, like the community cards, will remain on the screen and mix with the next table. I'm just running TN and Stars and someone said here that it was a resource bug with TN and the frames function: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/48.../#post17489005

Problem is, I'm not using frames. Have you heard of this issue?

I haven't heard of this from anyone else. We did change the way mouse hotkeys work for win 7 users because a LOT of people with slower machines were having issues so its conceivable something changes, although the entire purpose of the fix was to make things much faster (and we've had a lot of users confirm that it has done that).

So I'm a bit baffled. I'll let you know if anyone else mentions this.

I know that people with TN have had this problem but when I tried to troubleshoot it with some of them several of them reported having the problem even when TN was not running (if the streamed video or did something to consume a lot of CPU). I believe the issue is just a graphics glitch in Stars that occurs when your computers system resources are maxed out.

It is literally impossible for TN to actually effect the way Stars draws itself unless you use an STA hotkey (and then only right when you use the hotkey), so this graphics issue can only occur if your system is maxed out.

I think because high volume players tend to use TN to play a lot of tables and TN does use a decent amount of resources the problem can seem to be correlated but it is not actually caused by TN.

Unfortunately, making the SnG opener work on the tournaments tab (instead of the Sit-n-Go tab) would be a pretty major task and is not something we plan to do.

Cntrl-0 is built into Stars as a hotkey so that should cascade for you.
